Dear Ashif Sir, Can you please advise on below, Century...someone?
I had asked my company for a detailed job responsibilities, but mentioned that they can only provide a few points and not a very colorful document.
They would be listing the following points
• Responsible for coordinating learning logistics. Coordinates and communicates training schedule, facilitates registration, handles material fulfillment, and scheduling training rooms and equipment
• Co-ordinating with different departments for smooth functioning of training programs
• Facilitating new hired associates training
• Assists associates in determining appropriate learning resources based on need, availability and appropriateness of media
I am planning to apply under NOC 0112, Human Resource managers.
I am currently working as Assistant Manager - Learning and Leadership, which is part of HR, but dealing with delivering training and development and coordinating the same. Since ours is a big organisation the roles are distributed across various departments.
Do I need to have all the duties mentioned in NOC 0112, Human Resource managers or the only above stated duties would be sufficient for the application?
