my spouse and daughter are included in the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).

No you don;t have to add that form.

Hi,

I had asked my company for a detailed job responsibilities, but mentioned that they can only provide a few points and not a very colorful document.
They would be listing the following points

• Responsible for coordinating learning logistics. Coordinates and communicates training schedule, facilitates registration, handles material fulfillment, and scheduling training rooms and equipment
• Co-ordinating with different departments for smooth functioning of training programs
• Facilitating new hired associates training
• Assists associates in determining appropriate learning resources based on need, availability and appropriateness of media

I am planning to apply under NOC 0112, Human Resource managers.

I am currently working as Assistant Manager - Learning and Leadership, which is part of HR, but dealing with delivering training and development and coordinating the same. Since ours is a big organisation the roles are distributed across various departments.

Do I need to have all the duties mentioned in NOC 0112, Human Resource managers or the only above stated duties would be sufficient for the application?

My application reached on 8th May for 2171. Signed by Jason..

I guess next step is to wait for PER/AOR. When can I expect the PER.. By July End ?? Reason for asking this is I have to start working on PCC. And PCC should not be 3 months old. When will they ask for PCC.

I checked with my nearest police station and they said that they can provide PCC within 2 to 3 days. I am in Delhi.

Seniors have a tricky Situation :
1. I need almost 10 lac RS for three applicant
2. I have 7 lac in my account but EMI goes almost 40k monthly for loan of 40 lac for a property. That property has inital cost of 50 lac now almost 80 lac ( but not interested to show evaluation). If I show bank balance is it enough or I need to show property as well.As I heard india Visa office dont consider property as asset. But then they should not consider property loan as liabilty..Please help

Yes bro, Next is PER...

U can send the PCC after request from NDVO or u can send by urself (withoout request)...

Its up to u...Typically NDVO ask for PCC along with Medical (who dont submit with initial package)..

no. i did not, and i have two of them /dependents/. it says on the addition declaration form "if they are not mentioned in generic form"

wait for PER, and after your file gets transferred to your LO, contact them, explaining your situation and they will tell you what addition documents you need to provide. good luck!

you have a point . but my friend, it is CIC which first check your forms and not Local VO. So CIC should be satisfied that what ever you have written as amount of encumberble funds should include your loan also.
