Assets = jewellery , bank balance ,property?

Liabilities = mortgage or debt . i own a property i have not taken any mortgage . i have no debt on me. should i write 0 ?

Total funds = bank balance + property value ? suppose i have 18000 cnd in bank and property value is 16000 cnd then my total funds will be 34000 ?

have your manager/or whoever will write you a reference letter, just to type the company name, address, and contact number in the letterhead space. for example

"company name"
"address"
"email and telephone"
"contact person and its title"

My application reached on 8th May for 2171. Signed by Jason..

I guess next step is to wait for PER/AOR. When can I expect the PER.. By July End ?? Reason for asking this is I have to start working on PCC. And PCC should not be 3 months old. When will they ask for PCC.

I checked with my nearest police station and they said that they can provide PCC within 2 to 3 days. I am in Delhi.

Start working on PCC only when they will ask for. Otherwise its wastage of time and money. Because at the time of finalizing they will ask again for PCC.

Guys is it reasonable to speculate the NOC's which are new on this years eligible list are not the hot ones?

And those people applying by mid June for these new NOC's will be in the cap?

You need to show your 10 lacs balance or FDs or liquidity to show your funds. This will be suficient. I think property will not be in consideration with LVO.

you have a point . but my friend, it is CIC which first check your forms and not Local VO. So CIC should be satisfied that what ever you have written as amount of encumberble funds should include your loan also.

Bro if they will ask statment tomorrow..i have 40k going as EMI everyday...So bit confused ....logically if they dont think property as asset they should not think property loan as liabilty..

Showing 10 lac is not a problem but showing statment with EMI is bit tricky ..

1. Job duties on Company Letter head. it would be difficult
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned. yes i can do this
3. Company's seal if applicable possible

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough) i will show bank statement
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).
