Well that`s the point, my current residing address would be from Quebec. Do you think, if I write a separate letter along with my application stating that I would not be looking to reside in Quebec, would that be sufficient.....

One year experience that I have is not from Canada, it is from my back home.

Plus my one year experience is sort of a 3 month contract, which got renewed for another 3 months and then for another 7 months which makes a total period of 13 months. I do have all contract extension letters and a final letter from them, stating that I have worked for them from July 2011 till Aug 2012. Would it be ok or the contract thing does not fit in FSW profile.....

Also my 2 previous queries are yet now answered. Can any one put some light on it too

1. Is it safe to apply for FSW under NOC 2241. And does any one has any idea about the cap for this particular NOC
2. Since I am living in Canada, I have been told by a friend of mine that If I apply for FSW I be getting PNP and not FSW

To apply under FSW2014 you must need to provide a proof that you will not stay in Quebec . I do not know how you will prove it and As you said you have some work experience , you did not mention either this is Quebec experience or out of quebec. If it is not Quebec experience, it will be easy for you to prove that you are only for study there and now you do not have any plan to reside. However if it is not so really complicated to convince visa officer

Yes, job duties not on letter head was included in the application that was charged. I don't think it was one of the reasons for rejection.
Additionally, please note that I provided explanation and supporting document like:
Email from HR stating they can't provide job duties on Company Letter-head. It was against company policy
Salary Slips
Offer Letter
Promotion Letters

Thanks good to hear... i have done exactly the same stuff... I have included the Solemn affirmation, email copy from HR stating they can not provide the letter, affadavit of refererce from my client, sal slips, promotion letter, employment letters, form 16 etcetc....

Just to be sure and your example surely makes me bit relaxed.

I believe once the application reaches the local VO there is no particular order in which they pick the applications and process.

But the MR request and ECAS updation was mostly orderly....

Hi,

My file was rejected in 2011 due to Caps was reached. CIC simply sent my file back with the cover letter.

This letter does not contain any kind of the UCI or file number. I have applied in 2014 but not mentioned the UCI number in Generic Application Form.

Some members says that you must have UCI number if file get rejected due to Caps reached.

Is there any one who have same scenario? Who got rejected due to CAPS was reached and not got the UCI number?

Don't worry about it. Whether you have one or not, it won't affect your new application. If you don't have one you'll be assigned one. If you do have one CIC will find it themselves and use it for your new application. Good luck.
