Charge Date Estimates are showing wrong estimates. Post 5/23/2014

I am May 14th applicant. Got my PER on 22nd August, 2014.
It's already more than 45 days after getting my PER. They have not even updated my ECA status. It's still showing "We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2014.".

Much worried now. ???

Anyone in similar situation :'(

Credit Card charged today morning.
Application received date: 19-Jun, NOC 2174

I had originally applied on 7th May, application was returned on 13-Jun because I forgot to send original WES report. Send back the application with new information the next day.
Also, my job duties were not on Company letter-head, they were written on a blank paper signed by my previous manager. I provided supporting document like offer letter, salary slips and promotion letters.

Does this means that during the completeness check itself , if the application found valid without any errors and if the mode is dd, it will be encashed ?

I am a June 30 th candidate , so anytime my dd can be charged ???

Yes you are close to 100-120 days wait time for PER.

The file transfer is complete, but since they are not sending AORs you won't hear from them until your MR is ready. Check out the SS for further timeline clarification.

Hello All!!

Received Medical, RPRF and PCC request from NDVO today. I have updated the spreadsheet with a new entry and request the admins to delete the old entry.

Also I have a query with regards to the validity of the visa being issued.

Is the validity of the visa one year from the date of MR request or from the date of medicals being taken?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi... Anthasem gets interview call. His ECAS second line " started processing 24 th sept. Does it mean the members who got ECAS updated before this date escaped from interview.. My file processing started on 10 th sept as per ECAS... Just curious... pls comment...

I believe once the application reaches the local VO there is no particular order in which they pick the applications and process.

Yes, job duties not on letter head was included in the application that was charged. I don't think it was one of the reasons for rejection.
Additionally, please note that I provided explanation and supporting document like:
Email from HR stating they can't provide job duties on Company Letter-head. It was against company policy
Salary Slips
Offer Letter
Promotion Letters

Can you confirm if the the letter (job duties not on letter head) was included in the application that got charged or it was one of the reasons for rejection?
