By grace of the one above, got medical forms and RPRF email today.
Where do I send the passport photocopies : CIC or High Commission at New Delhi?
Payment of RPRF is 490 per adult, can be paid online or do you advise demand draft?
I should just take medical forms to the concerned hospital/agency, and they will forward the results directly? To which address : CIC/High Commission New Delhi?
Do I need to take fresh PCC? Mine is dated 29/April (5.5 months old)?
What else (documents) do I need to send?
Advice of seniors and everyone would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
