Got my PER on Sep 24th and waiting for MR/PCC request.. I've already submitted some of the PCC required with the application. .. so when they send the PCC request do they specify whether they need only the missing ones or also with updates for the submitted ones... or they just ask for PCCs without any extra clarification? ??

urgent advice on what to do next

Dear All,
Please I really need ur urgent advice on what to do next. My application got to cic on the 12th of may initially n my ielts expired on the 26th of May. But the credit card I used was stolen in the process n was blocked by the company so dey couldn't deduct the application fee after trying 3 times according to the letter sent with my returned application but b4 den I sent an additional bank draft with a cover letter which was returned earlier as well.
Now the letter they sent with the returned application states that : SHOULD IN CASE YOU CHOSE TO RESEND UR APPLICATION PLS INCLUDE THIS LETTER WITH THE APPLICATION. Every other documents was alright.

My question is can i send back the application back to them as it is with a new bank draft included or should I just book/write another ielts exam then include it b4 sending the package back as my occupation cap is almost 300 now.

PLEASE PLEASE YOUR ADVICE IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Sorry to hear that, my suggestion would be to give IELTS again as soon as you can, my understanding is:your new application would be treated as a fresh application n current ielts would be considered expired.

Which NOCS you are applying for?

Did you send your draft before they tried to charge your CC?

The MR/PCC email is usually different for each VO. You have not intended the VO, so I am not guessing. If you are under a VO that is quick (e.g. CPC-O, NDVO etc.), then you would only be required to submit the missing ones. However if your VO takes a long time (e.g. SGVO) then you will be required to provide updates. To my understanding a PCC is valid for a year, so if you get the MR within that time, it's good. Otherwise you would need to provide an update.

I send the WES Academic request Form to my Institute but the Officer isn't sure how to fill in this section and I'm not either.

In the section B - Authorized Officer only, what do we fill in Name of Official Completing Form (please print or type)?

As I post the hard copy of the form to the Institute, how can the Officer "print or type" in that blank????

. . My VO is London... by the time I get the PCC request I believe one of the submitted PCCs will be expired and one not... so will they specify exactly which one they need update for in addition to the missing one as well.. still a bit confused! !!

2281 will take some time to cap, even if you refer pessimistic estimation it'll go till Dec end. You shouldn't be worried, try to get ielts score ASAP m reapply with the returned letter... You should be good and under cap!!!

Last week the updated on Tuesday, so hopefully it'll be updated by tomorrow noon!!!

"print" means write with a pen in a legible way (for example all capital letters) in this case.

Some NOCs are repeated from last year. So people who wanted to apply last year but couldn't make the cap had their application ready by the time CIC announced this year's NOCs.
