It's good that it's not deceptive, but I fear that you mean it is not descriptive. If so, that is a big issue. If CIC isn't convinced that you worked in that NOC for at least a year the application will be returned. The way CIC becomes convinced is the description of your duties in the letter. You don't have to have funds for any particular length of time, provided the local VO is convinced that the funds are really yours, and are liquid and unencumbered, you will be fine.
