Second case is highly unlikely because sent my pcc on 15th and got my MR on 26th sep. In the first case worst thing that can happen is that they will ask for original pcc again saying that they have not updated my file with the orginal pcc which will delay my application by 1 or 2 months. Also psk gave me only one original pcc. Is there a way to get a second original?

Strange. i was told 2 copies at blore PSK. Yet to get my hands on mine.

Take high risk or assess master by WES. One applicant named saurabk1 already cited his file rejected for not assessing master degree.

Really, I thought the forum's experience has been that it's ok not to have a degree evaluated if you don't want points for it. Did that poster need those points to make the pass mark?

I am a little worried about my reference letters.

I am working in the UK, and some of my reference letters (Ernst & Young) are quite generic, I have attached all payslips etc, and sent the reference letter, but they are not as detailed as I have seen mentioned (most only state title and salary).

Is it likely to be rejected? I spoke to the companies and they do not give any further details than this on the reference letter.

Is it an issue?

Degrees and marksheets are mentioned in the document checklist. They are mandatory.

I think only copy of Degree will do along with ECA as it states transcripts if available?

I mean completeness check (completed applications ) becomes count (CAP) numbers on the CIC website. Why many believe PER / Charging accounts to CAP numbers?

I believe the CIC website reflects only applications that received PER. But I can be wrong....

I'm preparing my application and hopefully everything will be done by end of November. Is it too late for me to submit in Dec? I'm worry that the cap can be reached at that time. My NOC code is 5125.

Also, I'm not clear about the 25,000 cap. Is it a 500 for each occupations or there's no exact cap for each occupation as long as the 25,000 is reached? In the website also mention the sub-caps of 1,000 for each occupation. What does it all mean?

My case is not different...But, there are May 11th applicants who received MR from NDVO per this forum...
May be NOC specific :

What does it all mean? there is 500 each cap if all the NOC reach 500 each which is very distant. however each NOC can go till 1000 if total of others stay within 25000. I guess I am clear to you.

I need help..may 16th app... PER received around 1st week sept 2014 ...our visa office is New Delhi..
Don't have exact dates,..(as husband deals with it.. I don't ..)
When can I expect the next communication from CIC... .? Which I think is medical,,etc
1. August 2014 .. Husband changed job / company also ... We shifted to bangalore ...
When and do I need to inform cic about this or wait till they ask for Medicals etc...and how to do this..( inform about job and address change )

2. We r traveling to Europe fr 2-3 months (oct to dec)
If in between they ask for medicals or anything else ..can we do it from the local Canadian visa office wherever we wud be traveling .. And what about medicals .. Can we do it in Europe itself or do we need to come to India for that ?

Hello FSW 2014 Applicants,

Wishing all the FSW 2014 applicants who applied, a quick PER / Processing of application and those who got their Visa, a happy and prosperous life in Canada.

I would like to inform you that we have a FB group for discussing all the settlement issues in Canada. Since the setting for the fb group has been selected as "secret" so only group members see the group, who's in it & what members post. Friends and relatives of the group member will not know anything about the group.

Since the fb group is to discuss settlement issues and Networking, we have the following two conditions for applicants wishing to join the fb group:

1) Applicants must have PER.
2) Applicants must join with their regular fb profile.

We have many applicants in the fb group who have already landed and they can be a great help for discussing settlement issues across Canada. Also you can share useful info and help other members by answering their queries.
