Guys trust me Going with Immigration consultant will no thelp much. I went with them only, they sent old version forms, not even sent instruction guide to fill those.
Everything is in CIC portal for us to send a right documents and correct forms.
I just wanted someone to have an extra eye on my application. They answered some of the practical questions I had, probably those could be answered in Forums like this.

Sorry man I disagree with you on certain counts,

to quote "you don't have to do anything just relax" ... the fact remains that you still ave to do Everything except for Filling 5-6 Forms. After you pay the signing amount they will assign you a Process Consultant who will guide you in gathering/ arranging all the documents (ref letters, BC, PCC, ECA dos etc etc)... basically s/he will make you run from pillar to post and even tip for getting fake. forged doc's, if reqd. And you'll do it b'coz you already trapped by paying the signing amount- non refundable.

"if u r even lacking in points these people are law experts and they can make up 3 to 4 points for u easily,.." this is just a marketing gimmick... how can a Law expert or anybody tweak your any of the 6 criteria... age, IELTS score, Edu credentials, etc.. except for Work exp. (can be faked to an extent if you are running short of Pass points)

· Test planning, creation and execution, Defect Analysis and tracking.

Employer 2 (2.3 yrs)
· Coordinating with Business, stakeholders, product owner and end users to identify and elicit business requirements.
· Documenting Business Requirement Document (BRD) after discussion with Business, stakeholders, product owner and end users.
· Reviewing Functional Requirements document to certify the document correctness and to identify Gaps and close the same.
· Coordinating with development and software testing team in the design, implementation and testing of the proposed business solution.

I will be sending my application by this weekend or coming Monday, hopefully. As of now I have Bank Certificate for Proof of Funds dated 30th April 2014. Please advise if this is ok. How much old certificate and statements would be acceptable. I have 6 months statement.

no there are no double entries in 2014 sheet and I gave link of 2011 spreadsheet which clearly indicated that 1122 got filled in one week when the designated cap was 500 and this time there is no change people are waiting for 1 year almost!!

There seem to be many double entries in the 2014 spreadsheet.

My documents will reach tomorrow 14th May.. Code 1112, will I be able to make it to the cap??? Last year I just missed by few days.. Really apprehensive this year too..

Can anybody guide which one is better ?
What is the processing time of ICAS now a days ?

Doesn't matter both are same. But if you didn't make DD yet then go with "Receiver General for Canada'

I used RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA and it was fine.

Hello All,

I have a question regarding the experience letter - I worked in company A usa and obtained the job description letter from the company before I moved to India. In India I worked for the same company but its considered a separate entity. I obtained my job role details from the India company also. Then I joined back company A last year in USA with the same job role so my responsbilities havent changed. Do I need to obtain the letter again from company A or can I just include evidence to show that my role hasnt changed (i.e the offer letter). Please let me know. Obtaining the letter again will be a challenge so am wondering if this will work.

My app has reached CIC, it was signed for by J.Macdonald.

I was just browsing through the spreadsheet and I didn't come across any applicant whose app was signed by J.Macdonald but me.

Do I need to be worried about this?
