Your old Ref Letter Co A Inc.. would have your earlier 'Relieving date' in US. If you use same letter now for claiming eligibility.. it will count your work exp till that point of time only not till date. In your query its not mentioned how many years you worked in each of the location and how much years of work ex you need to fetch points/ or for i) eligibility for NOC and ii) your current total points per Self Assessment (without considering Work exp factor)

Hello All,

I have a question regarding the experience letter - I worked in company A usa and obtained the job description letter from the company before I moved to India. In India I worked for the same company but its considered a separate entity. I obtained my job role details from the India company also. Then I joined back company A last year in USA with the same job role so my responsbilities havent changed. Do I need to obtain the letter again from company A or can I just include evidence to show that my role hasnt changed (i.e the offer letter). Please let me know. Obtaining the letter again will be a challenge so am wondering if this will work.

It will be over 6 years if I exclude the time from when i got back to US till date. It should be fine points wise but would I need the letter for the missing period (after I moved back to US)

FSW 2013 - Applied : FSW 2014 - Applied again!!

Hello Guys, Can you advice on the following:

1.
- I have applied FSW-2013 (NOC:2146) and my application was received on 17-April-2014.
- As on my application received date, the number of applications received stayed under NOC-2146 was 79 (it never got filled) even at April, 30, 2014.
- My work experience do not require any regulatory requirements as I work in the support field.
- As on Date, no PER / no notification.
- I have used Bank Draft for the payment.

2. Under the new caps announced,

- I have applied for FSW2014 (NOC-2171) and my application was received on 13-May-2014. NOC#2146 is no more available
and the cross-match of designations in NOC website, matches NOC#2171 to my work profile.
- As on my application received date, the number of applications received stayed under NOC-2146 was '0' as on 13-May-2014.
- I have used Bank Draft for the payment.

So, My Questions now:

1. Am I correct in saying that - If I recieve PER on the first application recived on 17-April-2014, the UCI (Unique Client Indenfication) & Filenumber be generated?

2. So, What will happen when CIC consider my second application received on 13-May-2014. If it goes to PER stage, then does the UCI remain the same? Will CIC add
new filenumber under same UCI(as i understand UCI is always unique)?

3. Have anybody faced this situation before?

4. Also, What is the process for withdrawing the PR application without having UCI/filenumber? (In case If I want withdraw one of the above applns.)

5. What is your best advice for me in this situation?

Thank You so much for reading my post. Please kindly help advice.

My app has reached CIC, it was signed for by J.Macdonald.

I was just browsing through the spreadsheet and I didn't come across any applicant whose app was signed by J.Macdonald but me.

Do I need to be worried about this?
Ok, I am with you. J.MACDONALD signed for me too:) App received today. (May-13) No worries on who has signed.
Lets see how it goes from here:) All the best.

Hi KanikaChoudary,

I have read through your posts. I think you are making it complicated for yourself in terms of producing the job experience letter for the SAME company.
Even if you worked in USA or India or Russia for the same company, as long as the Company is the same(does not matter on Name Variants),
You can always ask your parent branch(India or USA whatever it is) to give ONE letter for job experience. For example, if you are based in USA(Your BU cost center is in USA and your head count is parked in USA BU) and you are working in India on deputation/project then in that case, you have all the rights to ask the USA-Company HR for a consolidated job experience letter(Including your experience in India). The case applies to vice-versa situation. Analyze which one suitable for you.

One more TIP: When you are getting your job experience letter, make sure the job responsibilities are similar to (NOT EXACTLY THOUGH) what is mentioned in NOC#XXX in HSRDC guides. That will help you gain points based on the "relevance" of your job responsibilities with the NOC Code Job responsibilities.

DO NOT produce multiple job experience letters(Unless you handled insanely different job responsibilities in each role) for the same company.
It will definitely confuse the Case officer.

Hope this helps.

Guys I have few questions:

1. I already have my data input in excel sheet, how do I update it? e.g. I want to update when my app was received and who signed it etc.

2. After my app is received, what timelines am I looking for? How and when Do I know if something is happening to my app. ( I Choose credit card as mode of payment).

3. What is the exact merchant's name which will appear on credit card, I want to pass this on to the credit card company.

Thanks

Overall Vote: NOC 2173

I am IT Infra-Consultant myself, Please note that any testing, usecases, bug reports etc.. does not generally fall into 2171 job descriptions.

Since people are talking about the likelihood of Hot NOCs such as 2174 and 1112 being filled (or possibly already filled), how do you see the chances of NOC 1111? because all this talk of cap being filled already is really giving me goosebumps. ???
