There could be 2 cases: they did not update on their CC/PER news and/or they feel not necessary/shy to inform rejection.

Hope all are having a fabulous weekend.

Last couple of days we have seen people getting worried about dd cc encashment etc.

I want to assure all that the God is with all of us and will definitely communicate good news in some form or the other.

I'm myself waiting for MR and this forum gives a lot of strength while I'm here.

I know it's easy to say but very hard to do, but please keep faith.

If God has led us to this stage, definitely there won't be a dead end.

Hello All, Hope this is Good News for Us

Since we gone thru a Consultant, On 30th Sep they Received an email with The file number as EXXXXXXXXX, PFB Email Received and so i checked the status in ECAS Tool and It shows In Procress and when i clicked on In Procress it says 1.We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014.

Our Consultant told that file will be Transfered to Local Visa Office shortly and might received AOR and later MR and other requests in another 30 to 40 days.

Is this a Good News? Need Confirmation from You Folks Only.

Were you charged the application fee?

CIO doesn't charge for applications returned.

They only send back the application via surface mail with explanatory letter.

Thus any one has information when the CAP status is updated at CIC site. Is it updated on a weekly basis or monthly Basis.
or it is update as per their convenience

Mostly once a week, generally on Monday or Tuesday canada time.

ME and my wife don't have birth certificate.. For myself I have provided tenth marksheet and affidavit from parents.. Is that enough?

For my wife I have only provided tenth marksheet.. Should I provide the affidavit for her as well??

I will be able to send my application on Monday.. This is urgent.. Pls suggest asap

Yes bro it is highly recommended to attach an affudavut for your wife as well.
Also ensure that both of yours 10 certifucates have your dob and the name of atleast one parent. If not then the same should be stated and justified in affidavit

Hi Airan, have a question for ya; after submitting your file, did they ask you for any other updates besides police clearance? anything about your financial matters or letters of reference? especially the financial things, did they ask for any updates and if yes what kinda updates did they want? thanks a lot and wish me luck

"They" might ask for financial documents again, more clarity (e.g. a last 3/6 months statement) or some times 'source of money' is asked for as well.

I received an e-mail from CIC with a UCI code mentioned in it. And my CC has been charged but I have not received the PER e-mail yet. When I tried to check my ECAS status, it says that it cannot find any relevant information. What could the reason be? Should I just wait for the PER e-mail and check again?

I am about to make second application for FSW program.. Planning to send in my application for noc 4011 mid November..

Perhaps, I will have to bother Century and other seniors here, I can't afford to make any mistake this time around...

My first application for noc 2811 was received on May 14, since then I have not heard from cic being it PER or REJECTION...

I can't just guess what is happening with that application.. I am better off with a new application...

I have applied for NOC 2174 and my application reached at CIO on 6th June. But unfortunately, I have not received anything from their side . I have paid through DD , but still don't know whether my dd is encashed or not. Any body is there with the same situation ?

Having hard time , kindly suggest what could be next step !!!

Dear Sandip,
Dd takes more time as compare to cc. You should stay positive and definitly you will hear good news. Meanwhile if you want you can check with your bank regarding dd encashment.
