In fact it is a good news. Sometimes it is better to know nothing then something specially for this type of investigation case. Lots of miss-communication arises due to understanding partially.

VO generally have local translator who is involved in this type of situation. So, don't worry on knowing nothing of English - it is a blessing.

many thanks century, one more thing, how possible do you see the phone thing? u know I'm from Iran and my VO is Ankara, Turkey. Do VO ppl call and talk in English or French? If so i'm screwed cuz those morons at my work place can't speak one word of English let alone French just Farsi! at least if they email there are people they can translate the email for them!!!!

I received an e-mail from CIC with a UCI code mentioned in it. And my CC has been charged but I have not received the PER e-mail yet. When I tried to check my ECAS status, it says that it cannot find any relevant information. What could the reason be? Should I just wait for the PER e-mail and check again?

Can you share you email on the forum. Remove your personal details and uci number. In my knowledge that very mail should be a PER mail.

For those applications that were returned and the applicant is now resending the application. Does that application falls at the end of the line or will it be processed on the basis that application was received prior? :

Any returned application will obviously be treated as a fresh entry when the applicant reapplies. And all the rules at the time of sending the new application apply.

Doubt Reg Date Of Birth Certificate--Need Help!!!!

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for Canadian Immigration in Skilled Labour Category. I have some doubts regarding the same.
I shall be very thankful if someone can help me out with these

1. I don't have any Birth Certificate issued from the corporation. Although I am having an Affidavit from the court with a Notary stamp
on it stating my Date of Birth and other details. I have also attached my 10th degree certificate that also contains My DOB.
So my doubt is will these two documents suffice in place of Birth Certificate???
Or I need to attach any other supporting document???
Is there any need of "Non Availability Document for Birth Certificate" in case I have don't have a Birth Certificate from Corporation??

You can just only provide 10th degree certificate with your date of birth on it but ensure you got parents name on it as well

Is there any case of late CC charge? As I mentioned before, one of our applications was charged for but the other one has not been charged since (September 25). What's your opinion? Does it mean the application is rejected?

Hi,

As per the current scenario, CIC is taking 4 months to charge DDs. In case DD does not get charged within 6 months validity period, should an applicant get the DD re-validated in a hope to get charged or should he/she withdraw that DD and get money back?

Were there any cases from last year in which CIC took more than 6 months to charge any DD?

Hi kiran

Your 10th certificate should have your dob and the name of atleast one parent. Along with this provide an affidavit and if possible get a "non traceable/availability of record from corporation" and attach the same with your application.
Though10th certificate with affidavit may suffice. Better to be as safe as possible... i did the same
Would also suggest you to apply for BC as well

Hi All,

I don't have a birth certificate which is issued by corporation. But I have made an affidavit from the court which contains my birth details and names of my mother and father along with the permanent address details.

Please guide me if I can use this affidavit along with the 10th class certificate in place of the birth certificate issued by the corporation??

or I need to get any non availability of birth certificate document from the corporation and attach with the affidavit which I have got from the court.

Please see that I have nortary stamp on the affidavit depicting that it can be used for foreign management systems.

Please guide me.
