Hi all have some sad news to share my package was returned because the bank draft was staledated.... But I confirm with the bank that the draft is valid for 1 yr..... I think this is the end for me as I had applied b4 and cap was filled now this... I don't think I stand a chance again.... My noc is 2131 .....good luck to all

I don't see any harm in applying again. Use a CC this time. Good luck!

Why not re-apply? You really have nothing to lose at this stage. You may even be able to enhance your application using all you've learnt from this forum from the time you applied to date. Try again.

Pls share ur timeline
When did u make ur dd ?
And which bank confirmed you dd has 1 year validity ?

Sorry to know about your case, you should re-apply ASAP with new dd .
If your file reached dd stage, it means your documents are good to go.

Hi everyone,

I got back my file yesterday. I was too depressed to post yesterday. June 24 applicant. I had originally sent a copy of my ECA report then I sent the original after but they didn't attach it to my file even though I had a UCI number.

CIO letter dated Sep 24 and received package back on Oct 1

NOC 2281. What are my chances now?

2281 is still worth a shot. Do not waste time. Do a quick proof read and ensure all documents are valid (as applicable) and reapply.

Why I am expressing the same, as one of the applicant got rejection on birth certificate issue.
Few people suggested that he had sent translated copy, affidavit and notarized but may be not sending the original native language notarized copy could be the reason for rejection.

So use your debit card. I used a debit card and i was charged. Just make sure its activated for international POS transactions by your bank.

If your BC is not in English/French you should provide a TRUE COPY of original + notarized translation. End of story.
