I wanted to confirm a few details to make sure everything get's done correctly:

Photocopied documents - Signed by a Public Notary
Original Translated documents - Only signed by Legal Translator (Correct? or Public Notary has to sign also)
Only original documents to be send are PCC, IELTS Report and WES report.

I have a question which is worrying me, for proof of funds I am going to show a bank certificate for $21,971 CAD (family of 4), but I have no previous bank statements of this money because my father is giving me this money as a gift and will give it to me 3 weeks prior to application being send, will this affect my application, could I creat suspicion with this and get rejected? Should I send an notarized letter from my father attesting its a gift and doesn't have to be returned or do I wait to see if in future they ask.

Also send the copy of original native language document.

Yes because they have clearly mentioned that.

Show me the single example where they have changed something midnight from where previously they had stated something.
It has never ever happened.
Gezette is something very high level policy document.
And even why you are that much sure. CIO has till now does not provided any information like this.
On their official website its still 30th April 2015.

you need to visit official gazette where all the instructions are being put and they said its open till 30 th april 2015

CC Charged: 29th Sept, 2014

PER Rec: 2nd Oct, 2014

Got my PER in just 3 days from CC charged.......CIC is working extra fast......

I got back my file yesterday. I was too depressed to post yesterday. June 24 applicant. I had originally sent a copy of my ECA report then I sent the original after but they didn't attach it to my file even though I had a UCI number.

CIO letter dated Sep 24 and received package back on Oct 1

NOC 2281. What are my chances now?

Dear Ravi,
Again it does not prove that overnight they have canceled the same.
And i appreciate, if same way when something related to FSWP program end date comes up on CIC website, then also we put our trust into that. So keep calm & hope for the best for future applicant.
