After reading all the suggestions by Member. What i understand of the Notarised is that

only Translated documents need notarisation.

and rest of the documents which you photocopied can be True Certified or can be used with out true certified copy as this is not mandatory.

Please let me know if my understanding is correct.

Its done! June 4th applicant. Still My DD is not encashed. Applicants of some June 4th, 5ht 6th DD are encashed but not mine. i guess it is completed and Guess my application is rejected.

Any person teaching full time in an university or a college which is affiliated to an university or autonomous will qualify to apply under 4011.
