PCC will be requested by your Visa office. That'll be after PER.

Thanks for the response, but the 2 years college that I mean are those schools that offer "Associate degree" and you can proceed to a-4-year college to complete a Bachelor's degree..
They are not affiliated to any university...

Must be affiliated to some university

You can apply but I'm afraid your 2174 experience of 4.2 years will be discarded. CIC clearly mentioned in selection criteria that you should be working since past one year under the NOC you are going to apply for. That means you can claim only 1.8 years of 2172 but not 4.2 years of 2174, as 2172 is before 2174. I hope you get it

When you dont know why are giving wrong info
buddy you will get points for all 6 years of work and there is no law that this shall be in your last 1 year besides it can be anytime in last 10 years in primary occupation for cont. more than an year.

i want to apply as a principal application only.

i will not included my spouse, child in my application in initial stage.

once i get my application charged by CIC Canada i will apply for my spouse and child

I believe he was not trying to get in touch with CIO but rather wanted to make sure that the PER email doesn't end up in junk folder. And the address mentioned above is clearly not the one used for PER communication.
