Looks like, they are going to take a little more time. You can see they have not sent PER for 5th and 6th June DD cases. So this is going to take another couple of days or may be uptill friday.

Hi All,

I just received MR request from NDVO.
I am 9th may applicant - 2174 NOC Code. Got cc charged on 21st July and PER on 19th August.

Some questions:
1. They gave me fee payment link but not PCC request, am I missing something? They did request passport copy though.
2. They say photo is not required for e-panel verified physician. cna someone give me info. on how to check this as well as which physician to go to and how to schedule appointment?

My application was received on 7th May but I got mail from CIC indicating that I have got only 66 points instead of 67 because of my spouse IELTS score. Now my spouse will take IELTS on 2nd October so will receive score on 15th October and than only I can apply again
so my question is What do you suggest is there any chance of getting into CAPS for FSW 2014??
My NOC is 2173

14th May applicant here, PER date 27th August, MR still awaited.

Today I had an appointment at the PSK for the PCC, and the guy at the PCC told me that it cannot be issued as the address in the passport and the current address(from where PCC needs to be issued) are different. As per him, the rules differ from PSK to PSK. So, I am left with no option but to reissue the passport for myself and my spouse both with my current address and spouse details as well. Just wanted to ask, how to intimate the visa office about the passport change and when ?. Will they entertain such change ? Our previous travel details are in our current passport which will get cancelled and will be returned back to us. Has anyone else reissued their passport after their PER ?

Kindly suggest, what best can be done in this case.

PSK can not say this.....they are fooling you...rules are valid for all over India...they dont change PSK to PSK...They all come under Ministry of external affairs of india and practice same rules.....my address in the passport and the current address were also different...and I got the PCC..its just if address in the passport and the current address are same then you will get PCC same day and if they are different then they will initiate police verification through police station, which will take 1-2 months and then you will get PCC....

just talk to them firmly and tell them to show you such rule in writing, or else you will file an RTI....As per Passport India site http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/docAdvisorSecure/pccPassport, if address in the passport and the current address are different, then you need just your old passport and new address proof....you just show them the print out of above link....they cant deny you...Its your right....
If after this also they are not doing it, then try to visit different location PSK in your city...Last option is to obtain PCC from your district commissioner or DSP office..which i would not suggest...as you know police officers are big thugs...

As per my Info...PSK needs your passport to make if your present address is same as in passport. By chance if your existing address is different from passport, in this case you can take along your present address proof along with passport. They will issue you the PCC. its simple man and its in their website. DONt make urself fool that different PSK have different rules. They all come under Ministry of external affairs of india and practice same rules.

Ways would be open for NOC 2173. But very critical as chances are very plenty. however a must apply case.

Hello nr2579,

PSK is not the only option for PCC. I had visited commissioner office as well to get to know the procedure.

They will also give PCC but just that you will have to furnish all the addresses where you had stayed i think after 18 years of age. You will also need to give witness details for the same. It will take few days for police verification and all but you will get it..Try using all other alternatives

Go ahead taking the IELTS test, if cap is full at that point you are ready for express entry
