I feel many guys are not updating their status in the forum or SS. I find many 2nd May, 5th May applicants still not getting MRs. This is creating a lot of confusion with other forum members.

I request to update your status so that will be helpful to others.

Iam June 4th applicant and NOC is 2173.

Please tell if any June 4th applicant DD is encashed or not.

My APplication is received on June 4 th. If June 6th applications DD are encashed, i feel June 4 th DD;s also should get encashed.

Relax .... only couple of June 6 DDs are encashed. Wait for 1-2 weeks.

Need some serious help.

14th May applicant here, PER date 27th August, MR still awaited.

Today I had an appointment at the PSK for the PCC, and the guy at the PCC told me that it cannot be issued as the address in the passport and the current address(from where PCC needs to be issued) are different. As per him, the rules differ from PSK to PSK. So, I am left with no option but to reissue the passport for myself and my spouse both with my current address and spouse details as well. Just wanted to ask, how to intimate the visa office about the passport change and when ?. Will they entertain such change ? Our previous travel details are in our current passport which will get cancelled and will be returned back to us. Has anyone else reissued their passport after their PER ?

Kindly suggest, what best can be done in this case.

Thanks for your valuable inputs guys. I am sorry, I forgot to mention a couple more things. my passport is expiring in 11 months, and the PSK guy told me that there should be minimum 1 year validity for the passport to get the PCC, and also my passport says I am single, and now that I am married, my passport should speak for my new status, so I should get it renewed.

PCC IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE IT HAS ISSUED NOT 3 MONTHS

Dears, i'm quoting the below from CIC guide .. PCC is valid for a year, but CIC requests to have it within 3 months from issuing date

" Note: If you are including your police certificates with your application to the CIO (Centralized Intake
Office), please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months earlier. Police
certificates are generally valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. However, if a final decision is
not made on your application before the expiry of your police certificate, the visa office may request that
you provide a new one "

i think there is less chance of quota being filled this year as only 193 application are processed...you should go ahead......

there is list of 2015 Express entry is out and they are the same professions like this years you can also check that......

The beneficiary's name on DD is THE GENERAL RECEIVER FOR CANADA or GENERAL RECEIVER FOR CANADA ?? in the payment form it's with " THE ", however in the guide and in the checklist it's without it .. Please advice..
