Please suggest or guess for 2281. I can send my application by mid of october though earlier i was thinking of sending it by November.
Now after doing it as fast as possible i can do it by october mid

Does i am in race or will out of race.

please suggest its killing me.

Hi
There is no need to ask or request from buyer or any agent
(1) U Have the date of execution of registry
(2) U have the sellers and purchasers name
(3) U have the sr.no of registration (Known as deed number of Wasika number)
these two things are sufficient to get the certified copy from registrar's office
(No involvement of buyer or agent here)
U have to give a request with above details

To apply do not delay coz of this document, If everything is in order then APPLY !
obtain this document afterwords to establish source of fund.

Next thing i want to know that whether i will put this amount in the newly opened account or in a salaried account which was opened 1 and half year back. I mean the amount taken from the buyer by selling my Land.

You should be safe but sooner is better.

To me , putting your money in your salary account makes more sense
anyways the source of money and movement of funds has to be traceable that's all.
and remember no account with anyone other than You, Your spouse should be used
to keep the money.

Does anyone know if the CIC is going to contact the bank about the funds availability? I had to withdraw some funds for an emergency, and not sure if I'd be able to replenish them. I just got my CC charged. Though the bank certificate i sent to CIC was original, and my account did have enough funds at the time.

Your LVO may ask you to submit an updated proof of funds. I suggest you replace that funds ASAP and do not touch it until the process is complete.

I did not under the meaning of occupations open regularly.
what i understand is that if it is in high demand or if it is opened every year in FSW.


2281 computer network professionals opened after a long wait of 3-4 years.

earlier i applied under fsw in 2007 but file came back as due to backlog.

after that for the first time 2281 is on the CIC site.

Its not a joke man.. I am serious. It falls under same category right. I am designing databases and softwares both for 3 years now.
database is 2172 and software is 2173. So cant you work in any JD if you do find a job in them

Well Its not a joke... Once you get PR you can do whatever you want or even if you have sufficient money to "Not Do" anything then you don't have to do that too... As simple as that...
Canadian Govt. will never ask you that at the time of getting the PR you mentioned that you will be working as 2172 professional.. You can even work as Phsiotherapist even if you would like to ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Ok, then i will take a draft as my account is another city and taking cheque will be risky as i am doing the registry today on the name of the buyer.
Also want to know if we can make RTGS for this. will that be ok? in place of DD.
Does registry document also contain the information of RTGS

Your spouse will now be the primary applicant. You can use the same POF (in your name) providing it is stated in the application that you will be accompanying him to Canada. POF can either be in PA's name, joint account with accompanying spouse or accompanying spouse's name.

Yes you can use that same POF. Expiry will not be an issue. Max what can happen is, in later stages in your VO processing they may ask for POF again... you can show that money in other account as well (its just that money should be in name of principal or accompanying applicant name) Not an issue.
