Need advice on Additional Family Information Form.

There is no space to write spouse address on the same form. My wife and I are staying at separate addresses. How to provide spouse address in it?

For any form that you are completing, if the space is insufficient, you may use and additional sheet of paper. You can structure it exactly like the form but make the field(s) bigger (E.g. use a table in microsoft word). Enusre that you put the title of the original form, your D.O.B, and the number of the question from the original form that you are completing on this separate sheet. Also sign your signature on the additional sheet and put the date as well.

CC being risky is an understatement!
If you decide to use CC make sure you have enough credit limit to cover the transaction, make sure you do not have a daily limit that is below the transaction amount and make sure to notify the bank of the transaction beforehand, otherwise they may reject it.

You should also keep it save at home and never carry it.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on my case:

1. I am married, however, I did not send an application for my spouse as he is not accompanying me to canada now (he will join later). I got my PER email. I got my MR and his MR emails as well. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PCC EMAILS! Is this normal? I applied from USA.

2. If they ask for my PCC eventually, should I submit the PCC for my spouse as well even if he is not accompanying me to Canada? In other words, should both PCCs be submitted if someone is married?

Please house, I need your advise on my FSW issues.
I applied for noc 2811, my application was received on the 14th of May.

• Till date I have not received PER mail or rejection letter. I recently changed address and how do I notify them of this ? (I am still in touch with the occupants of the apartment so no mail delivered from cic)

• I submitted my application wrongly, I did not put my "primary noc 2011 code: my code" and I sent it to their P.O BOX address despite using a courier service.

• How safe is noc 4011 to apply late in Nov?

• Does the reference letter for noc 4011 have to state all my duties or something "Mathematics/Accounting Lecturer is okay "? .

Kindly help me with these questions. Thanks

For NOC 2132 based on spreadsheet:

Total entry = 210,App received in May - 101(if this 100%),June-41( this would b 41% of 1st month ),July-17(17 %),Aug-17(17%),Sept-15(15%), Blank-19(19%).

Assuming 20% variation & same intake trend as spreadsheet it seems ,CIC cap trend might b like below for application received on the month.
May 272(Actual), June = 383-430(estimated), July-430-480,Aug-476-530 , Sep- 520-570.

I think this will gonna touch january'15 for sure .

Can anyone please let me know what formuals are used for spreadsheet cap filling prediction in case of Optimistic, realistic & Pessimistic calculation ?

I'm Egyptian and I'm preparing my documents to send to CIC.. I have few questions about my application, and I would be really grateful if you can help me with them..

- I have translated birth certificates in ministry of health and certificate of marriage / police clearance certificates in ministry of justice, as per the embassy advice. Then I got them notarized in ministry of foreign affairs which are using Arabic stamps as you know so I translated the stamps in a certified office. Is this ok ? Do I need to so any additional steps ?

- National ID was translated in a certified office as I couldn't find any other way to translate it.. would this be ok as well ?

- Regarding the bank draft, I went to couple of banks trying to get it but they told me that they are not allowed to make currency exchange, and that I need either to provide an evidence that it's needed in Canada or I need to get the Canadian Dollars myself and then they will issue the bank draft, and both options are really hard.. Do you have any piece of advice ?

Regarding to ID , it is not important to send it, if u would like to send, just translate it in any private office for translation

regarding to payment , try to go to hsbc or city bank, u can also use credit card

Thanks a lot. This really helps. Today i Talked to agent also and i also came to know that Certified copy of the Registry can be obtained.
But the party who is buying is not ready to give it now. The agent and party is saying they will give it if Required.
Now the Question is that i am doing the transaction using a Demand Draft and will have the photocopy of the registry on the name of the Buyer.

I am going to send the Bank Balance Certificate in the application as Proof of Fund. So, Certified copy of the registry is required at present or can i get it when required.

please suggest..

There is no need to ask or request from buyer or any agent
(1) U Have the date of execution of registry
(2) U have the sellers and purchasers name
(3) U have the sr.no of registration (Known as deed number of Wasika number)
these two things are sufficient to get the certified copy from registrar's office
(No involvement of buyer or agent here)
U have to give a request with above details

To apply do not delay coz of this document, If everything is in order then APPLY !
obtain this document afterwords to establish source of fund.

I got the PCC from District commissioner office Ludhiana .. Do PSK issue PCC as wel??

To my understanding PSK is the only authority issuing the PCC with stamp of " Ministry of external affairs"
Please check to avoid any delays later on.

4011 is not a noc which is in huge demand. you can apply in november and you will be in cap for sure.
the more informative the job duties, the more chances of quick processing.

I guess it's site maintenance date not cap update becoz, I remember CIC updates the cap every monday night and it will be Tuesday IST morning hours. Probably, the cap will be updated tonight. Lets C

My Ecas second line got updated on 15 th sept .i m still waiting for MR.even the files recieved on 5/5/14 r also waitg for almost three months..which makes a bit worried...anyway hoping for a quick responce from NDVO..
