Education from India
My WES result status indicates - 4 years Bachelors degree.
They have considered my 2 year masters degree as 4 years bachelors degree.
and they have considered my 3 year bachelor's degree as 3 years bachelors degree itself.
Now how many points can i claim for fSWP ? is it 22 points as i have 2 degrees .
kindly help V confused.

Hi Guys! I have an interesting situation here.

We filed our application last June 16 (received in CIO - June 20, 2014). We've availed an agency, thus having a representative for our application (Use of representative form). Now just yesterday, I was informed by a fellow applicant (that also availed the same agency) that our representative was dismissed this September.

Question is, will this affect our chances of getting in the CAP? Will our papers be rejected just for this sole information that is optional in the first place?

It is strange at all. However you are in safe zone. CIC will evaluate your forms and documents on the standard they have fixed for it. Exit of your representative will not make any advdrse effect on your application, because engaging agent is solely optional. GOOD LUCK.

I am planning to apply for FSW by Nov-14 end under 1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations. Any quick suggestions ??

- minimum how many job descriptions are required to be eligible for the program out of the 16 mentioned ?
- How much money do we need to show in our bank accounts & FD combine ?
- Do we need to furnish bank certificate or entire statement of the account ?
- Can family's bank account/FD be shown ?
- Is it wise to show self employment ?
- Can I add my spouse later in the month of Feb-15, as the marriage is due in Jan-15.
- What all documents of her will be required ?

In the schedule 3 form, I mistakenly selected no of years of experience as 3-4 instead of 2-3 years due to miscalculation.

I worked in a company from 2008/12 to 2011/02. However, I have sent all the offer letters, experience letter, service certificate which indicates roles and responsibilities along with the duration, pay slips and form 16's...

Would it be any issue?

I need your help again... the processing of my file started on 5-Sep, till now i havent recieved MR, so highly tensed & worried.
As applicants whose processing started after me got MR, RPRF & even passport request.

Please help and guide....Not a single second i am able to concentrate on anything...

Can you explain how can CCs get charged while CIO is closed? Can a charge with POS be delayed? Any other ideas to share?

It is online system. Thousands of CC have been charged so far. Don't bother. GOOD LUCK.

Second line in my ECAS is updated - file processing has started on 5th Sept, NDVO. I still did NOT get my MR. However many applicants got their MR within almost 3 days from the time 2nd line is updated.

Please suggest if this is normal or any cases like these seen in the past.

I am a FSW applicant and i have already sent my application this sep. Now i have realized that i have made few blunders as follows:

1. I have sent my application without PCC report, though it can be sent later as well as mentioned in the instructions. I have also not sent any cover letter for the same. Will this be a problem?

2. My wife (dependent) doesn't have birth certificate, so i have attached an affidavit from her along with her 10th certificates. Will this be sufficient?

I have made DD from State bank of India ludhiana (Punjab) branch
