Dear friend - requesting your advice,
Education from India
My WES result status indicates - 4 years Bachelors degree.
They have considered my 2 year masters degree as 4 years bachelors degree.
and they have considered my 3 year bachelor's degree as 3 years bachelors degree itself.
Now how many points can i claim for fSWP ? is it 22 points as i have 2 degrees .
kindly help V confused.

You would get 22 points for 2 degrees if you had two degrees equivalency mentioned in your WES report.

Since your WES report states the equivalency of 4 years bachelors degree; for that you are logically entitled to 21 points. Remember the points are given basis your ECA.

Please let us know your field of education. Field of education also make some impact in very rare cases. See the table of Educational Credentials. If you have degree in Medicine, Veterinary Medicine; Dentistry; Podiatry; Optometry; Law; Chiropractic Medicine and Pharmacy field, then 23 points. otherwise 22. GOOD LUCK.

I am a FSW applicant and i have already sent my application this sep. Now i have realized that i have made few blunders as follows:

1. I have sent my application without PCC report, though it can be sent later as well as mentioned in the instructions. I have also not sent any cover letter for the same. Will this be a problem?
I dont' think should be a problem, they would understand that you'll submit later when asked for

2. My wife (dependent) doesn't have birth certificate, so i have attached an affidavit from her along with her 10th certificates. Will this be sufficient?
This should also work if the affidavit is documented properly. But I'm not 100% sure about this.

Dear Seniors,

1- Is the job of the visa office to check everything in the application and verify the information/document submitted is corrected? Is it possible that VO re-evaluate the job duties and responsibilities again and decide to reject because of job duties mismatch?

2- if the visa office cannot reached out to person/HR/Manager mentioned in the reference letter for whatever reason? Would VO reject the application or request an interview?

1) Generally Visa Officer do not re-evaluate each and every case unless he/she need to go deeply. In my personal opinion If your job duties not matched with your NOC code, then CIO would have returned your applicationat that stage.. 2) If VO can't contact your office bearers in case, they will contact you and you will have to satisfy them. If the contact phone numbers and email address shown in your ref. letter, then no problem. Don't be worry, be positive and relax. Imagine that everything is OK. GOOD LUCK.

Sure

Just add a cover letter explaining situation, also attach the copy / application for new PR card photocopy as well as old one. They can track down a person's history just by a phone number. In this case its an UCI (which never changes)

So relax and go ahead. You are all set.

I talked to my Maternal uncle and he told that they applied online and they do not have any receipt for Applying for new PR Visa card. They are saying that they sent the mail. I did not able to understand how he did it.

So i have at present is his old PR Card photocopy please suggest

Someone was asking about Fingerprinting in Hyderabad. Here's my experience with the Cyberabad police station in gachibowli.

First of all, Hyderabad cops are damn amazing - they are friendly, professional, and they want to help you out truly. I am from Maharashtra - so my experience with Hyd cops if for about 4 years, but they are much better!

So, for fingerprints, take the following documents:
1. Passport copy - first and last page of latest one
2. Current address proof - even if it is same as passport
3. 2 PP size photos
4. 3 copies of the FBI fingerprinting form
5. Letter of request to the Commissioner of Cyberabad police station - written on plain A4

Go there around 11 am, ask at the main receptionist for meeting the "Finger Printing Bureau". he'll point you in the direction - just follow the signs and it's on the first floor.

Provide all the details and they'll immediately get your finger prints on the form. They'll keep one set of prints for their records - this is kind of a catch, cops having your prints - but shouldn't worry you, considering your background is clean

They'll review the prints and ask you to come back in 1-2 days to pick it up - I think they check against their criminal records and also file in their system. That's it! You are done in 2 days

Hope this helps all. This process should work for most policie stations where they have a Finger Printing Unit. All the best!

Hi seniors

Need ur expert advice .A frnd of mine is thinking of applying under FSW for NOC 2133 Electrical and electronic engineers (which is currently showing 172 CAP status. If it takes him 2 months to prepare the file (including the time taken by WES ) then wat r his chances of getting into the NOC. As far as my observation this NOC is not among the hot ones.
Your honest opinion plz.

Seniors, please suggest if I am missing any document or putting wrong(i.e. copy instead of original, all black&white instead of color copies, no true copies except 1 which was not in english)..So far i havent come across self calculated points details to be conveyed & I wonder if I am missing any..

Everything is correct. Hoping that you have included IELTS report of your spouse. Self addressed labels are simply typed on computer in blank white sheet of paper. (what is paid or unpaid???) Go a head. GOOD LUCK.
