For Proof of fund

1. Is Insurance Policies Statement acceptable?

2. Is Mutual Fund Statement acceptable?

3. Is P.F. Statement acceptable?

4. Is Bank Fixed Deposit acceptable?


For WES, if I have a 3 year Bachelors Degree from Mumbai University, Do I also need to submit my HSC and SSC documents from university?

1. Is Insurance Policies Statement acceptable: Might be. You have to provide a certificate/letter from your insurance company that if you stop your policies right now, how much you will get and if possible how long it might take to process. The objective is to proof that you can liquid it within a very short time without any encumbrances.

2. Is Mutual Fund Statement acceptable: Yes

3. Is P.F. Statement acceptable? : Along with the statement, get a letter from HR that your amount can be given when you leave the company or if you request to stop continuing subscription.

4. Is Bank Fixed Deposit acceptable? : Surely

You include all above amount at your settlement fund but suggest your mutual fund and bank deposit amount is enough to meet the required settlement fund amount.

For WES, if I have a 3 year Bachelors Degree from Mumbai University, Do I also need to submit my HSC and SSC documents from university?: NO, HSC and SSC is not required.

By docs for additional family ... i mean...any document proof establishing relationship and their details as mentioned in the form....like father's, brother's passport etc..

I don't think the documents will be required unless you are claiming points for Relatives In Canada.

1. It doesn't have any expiry date
2. Some important information are in Bangla. Such as; Parents Name, Current Address etc.


If u are submitting then are u getting it translated into English?
What is the process of translation?

i think u dont need to send the NID photocopy and seniors saying just put NA after printing the from.

Q 12 (a) Occupation - this would be as in the NOC list (e.g Financial & Investment Analyst) or my designation (Asst Manager) corresponding to the NOC with which I want to place application (NOC 1112)

Q 12 (b) Occupation - This would be my job designations even if not matching with designation / name of NOC. I understand my job roles should match the NOC mentioned by me.

Singapore visa office certainly know that we have NID - so I gave NID. But many have not given it - and they are gone through off CIC, Sydney, Nova Scotia.

1. I kept the expiry date blank. It does not cause any problem for validation.
2. At least card holder name, DOB, and ID is in English. My picture is there also. An English man cannot debate that the card is not NID and it is not mine. So I did not translated it. If you want, you can.

I did the same exactly. Since my name, DOB, ID number is in English, and on top of the card it is written "National ID Card" and country name in English. So I guess that should be enough.

Actually, if I consider any one ofthese then I will have exact 67 points, so that's why I am thinking to tweak my roles in the reference letter and apply in any one of the category, looks like 2174 best suites me. But my second job designation is senior software engineer, will this make any problem or I can go ahead and apply as 2174? and one more point is that my current employer is not providing detailed reference letter.

Please guide with your thoughts.

No problem, you can go ahead with 2174.
Well for the reference letter, it is not necessary from HR. You can ask to reporting manager or anyone who can confirm later if verified.

yes Sir u r right, i totally agree with u and sorry i did a little mistake on my previous comment as a adult citizen everyone should have NID and also need to mention on the application form and need to send a copy .

Also note in our passport, we have our National ID written. So, if we say NA, the information could not be matched with your documents supplied.

No mate in april 2014 it was month of low applications received because almost 70% of NOC's got full. But in May 2014 all NOC are newly opened with 1000 cap each. It will take more time then previous year to start working on them and process. So expect in june month last for starting of CC/DD Charge & PER.

Since CIC has to manage nearly 25000 applications this year I assume that they must have trained and added new workforce. Considering that I think CC/DD will start pouring by start of June.

Hi guys,

My Wife has a 2 Year Diploma in electronics. She has as well done her HSC and SSC.

For WES, Do I need to submit HSC, SSC stamped from the university to claim total of 14 years of study i.e. 10 + 2(HSC) + 2(Diploma)

Also how many points I can claim under education.
