Dear all,

1. In the personal history part in the background declaration for the past 10 years, what if I need additional 2 more columns to complete all the info without any gaps in time??
I have read that I can use additional white paper, If so should I be taking an additional printout of the same form to complete the details or Something differently need to be done?

2. In the additional family information form, should I be mentioning details of my sister's husband, their kids as well and my brother's wife and their kids as well??
What if I needed additional space for mentioning all this??

Attach an extra A4 size sheet and write additional information on it with heading of form on top. It could be handwritten or print. I personally used print.

Only immediate family details required. In case of additional space, again you can use extra sheet.

Thanks for the update.... i got my MR done now... do i need to send them my medical e-certificate ??
also when u reach medical stage does it mean ur almost in now...?

Hearty Congratulations for MR done, usually the report is sent electronically by the physician, and yes you are almost there...

i got one question.

i have been asked to show the following :
"Bank statements showing 6 months history of funds"


Wht does this mean
- do i have to send six months bank statements . like 6 bank statements, one for each month ?
OR
- do i have to send just one letter from bank showing that for 6 months i have the required funds ?


also how much funds do i have to show ?

DD Negotiated: 18 Sept
PER received: 24 Sept

Although this is my first post but I have been following this forum since day one.

By God's grace I have received the PER mail couple of hours back. Below are the details:

App received: 30th May
CC charged: 17th Sep (day before my B'day..can't expect a better gift)
PER rcvd: 24th Sep
NOC: 1123

First of all congratssssssss... You have to provide your bank statement for recent 6 months not the certificate. They want to see the movement in your account.

Guyss .. You are doing amazing job here.

Need help again...

1. While sending my application in my passport my mothers name was incorrect on my passport, and not matching with my birth certificate.

2. I send them additional documents that I will be correcting my mothers name, and attached details of my appointment with Passport Authority of India , Fee pay receipt and all.

3. Also mentioned that , I will be getting new passport with in 2 months.

4. Now I have got PER !!

5. Please tell me shud I do PCC after my new passport of with my current passport ?

6. Also after getting my new passport, to whom should I mention about new passport ?

Hi All,

I have already sent my application on 22 Sep, and if my CC didn't get debited till Dec 31st 2014. Does that mean my application will not be processed as the Express entry will start from Jan 1st 2015?
Can any one throw some light on this.
