Did anyone had to obtain extension for PCC from their local visa office? What did they say? for how long did they provide the extension?

There is nothing caked extension in pcc. It is valid for one year (generally unkess stated) . If it is expiring one should obtain a fresh one.

I have sent the PCC, Med & DD for RPRF fee.

What do i hav to do now ?? Do i need to email NDVO for the confirmation of receipt of these docs.??

It is for present address proof for my wife, I have all necessary proof for present address but in my wife's name, we do not have any document.

We are trying with post paid mobile bill, please suggest if any other alternative is required.

And in passport she has the permanent address, is it fine if we do PCC with permanent address?

No problems in getting from your permanent address it is very well acceptable

Got the PER mail this morning.

PER received: 24th Sep

Application received: 29th May

Not sure on the next step. Also, I'm yet to send my PCC. Should I send it now or wait till the next communication from CIC?

If you pay the fee on PSK's website most likely it generates an appointment for you and it's gonna be farther away in the future. What we did was simply fill the online form, did not pay the fee, took the printout and went to the PSK. We paid the fee there, got PCC in about 3-4 hours.

However you have already paid the fee; you can try the walk-in still.

Thanks frasiercrane. I think you get the PCC in 3-4 hours when your passport address and permanent address are the same. Any idea about the timelines when these addresses are different but of the same city ?

U need to submit the receipt with ur PCC...

Anyway send the scanned receipt vai CSE...and ask them if u need to do any further activity,,,

yes, but passport issue date less then 2year or you done any recent pcc from PSK , and this decide by PSK officer
