Applicants who have recieved MR specially from NDVO, did they had a backgtound verification done by VO with thier Employers ?
Any one aware of this..
Do v need to be in touch of our employers to chk thier emails and reply?

Kindly advice...
Waiting on MR.... But Ecas 2nd line updated today ...stating procesding started on 17th Sep.

Hi,

I'm also in the same exact situation , NDVO- 2nd is added stating we started proceeding your application on 17th sept 2014.

I think they would be releasing MR in a bulk as Thursday, Friday and Monday have not reported any Medicals.

Hi Manishkapoor,

First of congratulations on your MR , just wanted to check if you have a second line in ECAS updated saying we've started processing your application on dd/mm/yyyy.

This information would be helpful as ECAS shows the second line that my application was started processing on 17th sept in NDVO.

Dear All,

I received my application back today after a very long wait. My application was received at CIO on the 20th of May 2014.

However,the rejection was as a result from an "Error" from the staff at CIO. It reads " You did not provide us with a copy of the completed foreign education credential to accompany the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA Report) " even though I duly included my B.sc Certificate (copy) in my application. It was even enclosed in the package returned to me by CIO. So, how come they did not see it over there?

Why would CIO no take their time to go through applicants' package before just returning them?

I intend to send another application as soon as possible, but not without proving a point to CIO about their unnecessary error at least. Or what do you advise?

It is such a painful experience!

1. ECA original report
2. Copies of Degree
3. Transcripts, mark sheets
4. Higher secondary school certificate
5. Secondary school certificate (which is also used to verify your date of birth)

Are you sure, Transcript is also required, because getting transcript from University is again a big problem in India.
We have ECA from WES which got only after transcript submitted while doing ECA.
Because from above documents i also did not submitted transcript .
