Here a June 12 applicant has got rejection on September 15.
that means CIC must be checking files of dates between 23 to 28 June

in WES, if I am applying for Engineering, I put only 1 Education credential right? or should I add my 11th 12th and 10th?

proofs of secondary school education are not required.

I am not a senior but yes this year we have seen a lot of rejections on the basis of reference letters. Any sort of self declaration of roles and responsibilities have been rejected by CIC.

People who were unable to obtain the reference letters on company's letter head have added a reference letter from their immediate supervisors or managers and enclosed their IDs and visiting cards with application while explaining the reason why they were unable to obtain it on company's letter head.

If you had provided the reference letter in the format specified by CIC from any previous employers which makes you eligible for the main NOC for which you applied i.e. 60%-80% roles matching to the roles mentioned on CIC's website for that particular NOC + at least 1 year of full term employment I guess you will be fine.

But in case you are only relying on self declaration, it might be a reason for rejection.

You can still try to obtain letters from your immediate manager and send those to CIC along with an explanation and the details of the previous package. If they add that doc to your existing application you might be safe.

1. notarized affidavit ( Job desc , hours wrked , start date, CTC , job details , designation , reason y the comany cannot issue on company lettter head , names of the references i am gonna use who will vouch for me ( 2 of them are canadian born citizens at high level roles in canada itself )

2. 4 emails from official company email id's stating my job details and projects i have worked on with them.

3. 4 print outs of all 4 of their profile pages from company's portal.

4. offer letter , salary statements , appraisal letters.

( Still if any person got their application accepted who had a similar case like me ) that would calm alot of nerves !!

Hi As per my knowledge and as per CIC checklist, we need to provide Proof of funds along with applicaitin.

Yes Either Bank statement or Bankerletter or both is ok.

I did this last year and got rejected. If you haven't filed your application yet, I would strongly recommend you to get the work reference letter on company letterhead

Last year I applied without company reference letter and my application was rejected.

This year I didn't took that risk. I worked in 3 companies, out of which 2 companies issued me the work reference letter on company letterhead with contents as reqd by CIC (I made the draft reference letter). 1 company didnt issued the reference letter, for which I prepared a self declaration/ affidavit and attached employment proofs like employment contract, experience letter, promotion and increment letters and all documents that could support my full-time employment claim. And I was lucky that this year, I received Positive Eligibility Review from CIC.

So, based on my experience, you definitely need to show your experience via work reference letters on company letterhead. There is no exception to this.

Hi All

After receiving the PER how much time does it take for a person to get his medicals + PCC and then the final Visa stamp?
I see that early may candiates are getting their medicals now, is it that CIC is processing faster compared to that of last time which usually takes 1 to 2 years?

for the new fee payment form, there is a total of 7 areas to be completed as:
1-principal applicant 0
2-spouse : <--------spouse here
3-dependent under 19 <--------children here
4-dependent over 19
5-each family member 22 or over
6-each family member under 22 married
7-each family member under 22 not married

i got confused, where to put my wife and 3 kids (8,6,2 years)

please help

The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply. It should be in a validity period during your process at VO. In case it gets expired, VO may ask for the latest PCC.

My PCC issued on 19th Mar and I applied 16th June... Not exactly 3 months.. then I assume its OK...

it looks like some Visa offices are really fast. I believe after medicals it cant take that long to get the visa right?
