-- For your point2 below, I hope the manager letter(atleast) has all the NOC related duties are included, otherwise it is a reg flag. Your point4 with duties is not going to work - the duties cannot be attested by you(infact even for self employed people, they cannot attest their own duties)
-- I am wary of your point6. Are those timesheets certified in any way? I would have been more confident if your point1 or point2 had stated the hours(or atleast full time).
Please note that I havent checked your duties, so my response doesnt include any comment on that one.

Also added one affidavit for saying that I don't have a letter from HR since they don't provide it.
I will check with the senior management, although I'm not very hopeful. These days they've become to difficult to work with.

I have send payment form IMM5620(03-2013) , after sending the form i found the new form has been updated . My payment amount is same . My baby is just two and half years , so no chance to cross 19 years limitation. i have paid 1250 CAD for me , my spouse and my little baby . so my payment amount has no problem but when i filled up the form, the form was the previous one , it was a mistake . i am worried. Can any one tell me , do i need to submit updated form or the previous one is ok , my payment amount is correct and my little one does not cross 19 years limit. Does the letter highlighted above has all the details CIC has asked in a reference letter? 4. Affidavit by me stating I don't have job description on company letterhead due to policy issue and also listing the main duties
5. Joining letter, promotion letter, current annual compensation letter, salary slips

Question: Is this sufficient? Or shall I approach the company senior management to provide me a letter on exceptional basis??
And secondly - could someone tell me if these main duties match to NOC 2171 "system security analyst" role (from CIC: "Systems security analysts confer with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, and develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.").
Main duties:
• Identify client requirements for conducting assessment of their IT infrastructure (software and hardware) and IT policies, procedures, methodologies, and processes
