I am applying under the NOC 0112. I have continuous one year experience of 11 months as HR Manager with one employer and immediately 5 months experience as HR Consultant for another employer, doing similar work for client organisations of this employer. Can I count these two together as one year of continuous work experience? Will my work as HR consultant, but actually performing the same tasks as an HR manager for various client organisations of my employer be a valid experience that can be considered under this NOC? Will the two different organisations and two different titles deter from adding up to one year of continuous employment.
The second organisation I worked for was my friend's start-up consultancy providing HR solutions. This was an unregistered company, going for registration but I left after a brief 5 month's of work with them. Do VOs consider work experience with unregistered company valid? They had a service tax no.
Please help clear this cloud for me.
