Employment Docs to claim points for Work Experience

Hi All,

I am a July 2nd Applicant under NOC 1123- Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations

I have supplied letter mentioning job duties, Working hours and other employment related documents such as offer letter, appointment letter, increment & promotion letter, salary slips, ID Card and visiting card, ONLY from the employer for which the points are claimed of work experience.

Would that be okay to claim the points..??

20 points for IELTS

Dear Friends,

Govt. of Oman refused to issue a visa to my wife due to a previous overstay of 02 months and 20 days from 2014-03-26 to 2014-06-18. Should I mention this in Question 6 (e) of Schedule A - background/Declaration Form or Not? If I mention, will it affect our application. I am really worried.

Yes you must mention it and yes it is possible it will affect your application. However, trying to hide it is a guaranteed rejection, so just disclose and explain it and hope for the best.

FOR INTERNATIONAL DD made by HDFC Bank India, what is the PURPOSE of the remittance to be mentioned on the FORM A2?

I could not find something matching to IMMIGRATION APPLICATION. Bank official is not co-operating at all, he saying your 'REASON is not on the list'.

Anyone please help.

so i have 73 points,

in case they dont give me the 5 points of relatives i will be rejected ? it means 73-5=68

im just assuming, coz they told me sometimes they dont give the 5 points relative especially if the relatives are in montreal

Any idea guys ?
