App Received: 02/06
NOC: 2171

Bro, they have given a list which has 28 reasons which do not require any tax documents or CA verified documents from the applicant. Visa application, Immigration is not in the list so he is asking for some documents which CA verifies and provides.

My friend is doing this process for me as my city has no branch which can arrange Int DD.

Then forget about HDFC, go to a Thomas Cook office which deals with forex. They will make a DD for you with not much hassle.

Dear people

From Sept 08 to Sept 12 CIC has processed 749 applications. And if you look at SS you will notice that CIC has charged June 03 applicants. Many of you has analysed that those 749 applications belongs to May applicants. Cozz all of you assumed that this update is after issuing per. Well i don't blame you. If you observe the SS closely you will see that for many May applicants cases they charged CC/DD on June and issued PER on July or August. And that's where they *censored word*ed up. Cozz they took so much time for May applicants that they understood that if they do like this it'll not be possible to finish all application in may be 4/5 years. So what they did is they are now doing completeness check and later they will charge CC/DD and will issue PER. Just look the SS. CIC is issuing PER faster then before. In some cases applicants are receiving PER within a week or so. So what does that mean? Means the updates are not based on issuing PER. It is based on complete application.

So people pray and hope that you are in the update.

I wonder at what days they are working for completenes check.....

Same is the case with me. My application reached CIC on 22nd May. Its been a very long wait and still awaiting my CC to get charged. But as I saw in SS, Still many applicants are pending and I have gone through SS, some are pending for 1st May also. I am not sure whether they have updated. My question is , whether applicants are updating only for CC getting charged, but are not updating for rejections.

Is this right...???

No Yet I m waiting to hear something from them as i have written mail to them about a month back they didnt reverted anything on it .

Can anyone tell me which is right point of contact at CIC to get information about my application as we can see people from june are being cleared by them and there is no response to my application of 16th may 2014.

My Application at CIC got received on 16th may for 2132 category .

Have not Heard anything from there end can anyone give a rough estimate when is likely to hear things from there end as its 4 months over waiting to hear from their end.

I am also a 20th May applicant without any response from CIO yet.

The wait is traumatic, especially when people that submitted after you got charged.

Have sent any mail to CIO?

Although there is one CSE link specific for NDVO, but I am not sure if there is similar specific link for CPC-O. Until then just try sending using this one. Cheers!!!

I am thinking to apply for NOC 2173(Software Engg.) As of today its cap reached to 292. Is it worth to apply now?

I am waiting for WES rest i complete everything (IELTS, Documents, Funds, etc). Most probably i will be dispatch my file in first week of OCT due to WES.

Please let me know is there any chances to get PR if i apply?

Many people got ECA report within 4 business days(except the courier time). So send the package ASAP.

Actually I think they are faster this year. Look at how fast applicants get their medical request. If you look at last years sheet it took way longer.

Maybe they are done with June applicants for completeness checks? 2 June 12 applicants got their applications back and that was sent a week ago

What would be crucial step if the DD date is close to expiry?? as my DD is dated July 28, 2014 and my application was submitted on September 09, 2014. Do i Need to provide them with fresh one just before the expiry date.
