Does anybody know more precisely if authorised translations are sufficient or we need to legalize them at a notary ?
I have my documents translated and If I would go further with the legalization will cost me extra about 300 USD.

On the CIC official website is stated like this:

Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

But below is the affidavit definition ... and it kind of looks like the "commissioner authorized to administer oaths" is a public notary ... ?

An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.

I will be sending my application within 10 -12 days ...

its already hot NOC.

so, as per your opinion when is it going to reach ??

i believe it will still take one month to reach this NOC.

what is your opinion ??

Second thing, may we have a comparison status with previous year such as apps submit from forum, CIC update, % of outsiders...it will help us to track the speed and hope it will also help to others who are planning to apply later on June and plan accordingly...will give just an idea to catch up the train.

Sent mine to NS before the new cap as in Canada and have arranged employment. I'm hoping my app does not get bogged with all the May apps. No offence to those applying through the new FSW1 caps

It looks like you have all the chances to be the first from this spreadsheet who gets the visa
Though, technically, your application belongs to FSW 2013 spreadsheet, - but you'll probably be an inspiration for FSW 2014 applicants who will be looking at your application status moving forward

Thanks for your reply. I just contacted with the Development manager(Danish guy).

He told me that he can give the appointment letter again if I want.

Note that he gave me the Experience letter.

But Appointment letter should be from HR or CEO.

Should I take the appointment letter again?

Yes, you are right - appointment letter should be issued from HR/Admin. Apointment letter from your supervisior may reduce the credibility of all your documnets and may thought to be manipulated/fake. As you got the transfer letter, it should work. No further documents is required - i think so.

Firstly you don't beleive it else you won't ask it. Just kidding.

Other than Finance and IT category, it is safe to say none will be filled up within one month. Relax.

Hi everyone! I am really worried about my WES application, my documents was delivered to WES last May 6, 2014 but until now may status is waiting for required documents. I emailed the, yesterday and they said that they haven't received any documents from me yet. How can that be when my tacking number shows that they already receive my docs. I gave them my tracking # but until now havent heard back from them yet. It is not easy to get another copy of my credentials from school because it will take another 1 week for the school to release the papers plus another 1 week for the mailing. This is really getting me worried. Please help.

I will be applying on 1st week of July in NOC code 2281.

I am getting delayed because of IETLS rest my all docs are ready.

will it be fine by applying in July as I tried hard to clear IELTS ASAP but I got the slot of 21st of June only.

Don't get worry- it will give you nothing.

WES is undoubtedly overloaded with application- for this reason, delay processing is expected.

Saturday and Sunday is holiday. So I think monday, they will update in the system. If you find still nothing is updated, call them.

Its all unto speculations.
My understanding is that CIC will update the CAP result every month.
