URGENT HELP NEEDED

My application has reached CIO but i sent my and my spouse Attested copy of IELTS instead of original, I also forgot to write my immigration centre in application.

Can I send an addon mail package with another application and original IELTS and write a cover letter explaining the mistake and request them to use this as an addon to my original application ?

Please help.

Fees will be deducted from CC or DD and then an email from CIC will follow a week or 2 later. Watch the spreadsheet for movement. From last year trend, fee charging is expected starting mid june or hopefully sooner. Good luck!

No you will not be disqualify. They need only settlement funds to show them.

Someone posted an interesting comment. FSW2013 sheet shows an application reached 15th April got charged on 1st May (which is not a holiday in Canada). That shows the low workload at CIO. We might have CIO begin processing FSW2014 applications as early as 3rd week of May....

Sorry to hear about you.
Try to send as soon as possible with covering letter. If its your luck then they will consider otherwise they will send back. But must mention complete details of your packet reached date, time, received by, NOC etc etc

Sorry man. Copy of IELTS will not be accepted. From last year experience, documents sent later were not attached to the application and were returned as is. Last year, I sent my matriculation certificate later as I did not have birth certificate with original application. Before my original application was returned because of cap reached, my additional documents were returned mentioning that they could not find my application. A few people got lucky when they also mentioned their allocated UCI number with the additional documents.
I recommend sending another application package with originals. Challenge would be getting another copy of Education evaluation report. If you have not the original of ECA also, prepare and send it again. You need to be really exceptionally lucky to have your application approved without original IELTS. Good luck!

Not sure mate. They have to clear all 2013 application. EVen some people's application received in last week of April also.

And i think they will start in mid of June. Rest CIO knows.

I am waiting for my WES courier and will be getting in 3-4 days. I have finished all my documentation and will post my application under NOC 2172 by end of next week around 16/17.

There are only 3 members so far from this forum and I know there might be even more applicants all around the world.

My speculation is why so many less applicants, I think I might be in the cap even if I take a week more time to make sure my application is alright.

Any opinion guys ????

Give everything. Also add a cover letter describing like what you have written here - so everything will be transparent and CIC/visa office will not have any confusion.

Thanks for your reply. I just contacted with the Development manager(Danish guy).

He told me that he can give the appointment letter again if I want.

Note that he gave me the Experience letter.

But Appointment letter should be from HR or CEO.

Should I take the appointment letter again?

You should be good. Review your application and documents thoroughly till then. If all is set, don't wait, just send it timely. you never know how many applications are already submitted and how many more will be submitted before yours if you delay. Do it right, do it fast. Good luck!

At my previous company's work experience letter responsiblities are written together though i had two designation but responsibilities were almost same. Will it be accepted ?

Also the manager given signature on my previous company's reference letter left the company and doing job at different country. What i can do now. Pls ans

I am very happy for the new cap of 1000. I think this is the reason why everybody is still chill, comparing with previous years

I am also waiting for WES report next week and then I will send the application. The reason why I want to send it ASAP is because if they will need extra documents or any other problem that might appear, to have time to fix it.

Sent mine to NS before the new cap as in Canada and have arranged employment. I'm hoping my app does not get bogged with all the May apps. No offence to those applying through the new FSW1 caps
