Yes,in my reference letter employer has mentioned 30 hours in average but the title is part-time.
I can ask him to change the title to full-time if you think the problem will be solved by doing this.

If your hours match full time then ask if title can be changed

Hi All,

I had a confusion in "File Transferred to Local VO" and "Processing Started" status. Once a candidate gets PER, it is understood that the file will be transferred to the local VO. But how will the candidate know that. The ECAS status only shows "in Process" and when we click it. It shows one liner that your file was received on May 14th..... Can anyone please elaborate on the clear definition of different status after PER?

Hi guys,

I need your advice regarding the application forms.

1. There is a question on Generic form, which asks "During the past five years, have you lived in another country?...etc." and below, we need to put the details. I have lived in the us for the past 5 years, first as a student and later as a worker. Should I list them separately or just list my stay in US as one and select the latest occupation:worker? Please let me know.

2. Also in generic form, there is section that asks for "Number of years education total" - does it include secondary education years as well or just post-secondary education years?

3. In 5669 - background information form, it asks for full detail of all secondary and post secondary education.
I have done my bachelor's and master's in us and have evaluated these two degrees through WES.
However, I have attended 3 years of college/university in my home country before transferring to a US college for my bachelor's. Should I list these three years of incomplete study in that section as well?
If I do, then the most important question is shouldn't I have evaluated this incomplete study through WES? Please let me know.

My company is not giving letter with duties, instead they are giving service letter(with designation and dates),
Can I put the letter on a plain paper in CIC format and Will attach my senior colleague business card, along with company service letter. is it works?
In this case to whom CIC will contact either HR contact from service letter OR my colleague from the business card details.

Please advise.

This NOC code should easily go on at an average of 35-50 applications/week (70/week last time was an anomaly and the number of applications received at CIC/day reduced considerably after 22nd May).... taking an average 42/week, this one could go on for another 20weeks starting 28th May. means till October Mid easily.... I think you should be good ...

2.Why in N O C 1113 still showing 0 as ss show 2 person got p e r .

3. once P E R Recieved means you will get if P R .(subject to every Details and docs are genuine...

Dude, if you're a DD applicant, all the more reason for you to not worry ............DD guys get to know their fate 5-7days after CCguys ... Just because CC guys have sms/email facility to know the charge at the very moment, it shows DD applicants' disadvantageous access to prompt information...
