hello CanOl thanks for the reply bro....
My job duties are:
1. Scrutiny of financial documents (vat transactions) of dealers, companies.
2. Inspection of businesses premises for checking of any fraudulent practices in financial transactions related to VAT eg. checking of VAT invoice, proper billing etc.
3. Checking of transport vehicles and making sure they are carrying proper bills for the goods to be transported.

Thanks all for the advise. Her parents will do the affidavit. Is there any other document that she will need to support her none submission of BC (apart from the affidavit).

Ashish, CC is not yet charged. I called them this Monday and they were saying that they are currently processing for 11th August. Mine is 14th August and told me to call on Friday.

On the credit card form, did you also provide the CVv number for your CC. On the form it didn't mention anything

Maybe the automated reply is not working.

If it get bounced, e-mail system itself report non-delivery message. If no such message is received, it indicate successful delivery.

I tried to send from different mail services, but I didn't got this automated reply. I tried gmail and it didn't go through at all (sending was failed due to this UTF8 issue). Hotmail and work mail (POP3) the mail sent properly but no reply yet.

Any clue?

So just to confirm, no affidavit is required from the translator..just a stamped translation by an authorized translator would do?

The follwoing page mentioned affidavit specifically. But its really hard to find a translator who would do it. Hence I am double checking

CIC website clearly states that a sworn affidavit from the translator is required so I would suggest you to add that. If it hadn't been necessary, I suppose they wouldn't have mentioned it specifically. This sworn affidavit is nothing but a document wherein the translator states that he knows the target language for x no. of years and has complete fluency in it and the translation provided is accurate.

for BC self wont work, one needs to have affidavit supported by parents.

Do you know of any specific cases of rejection for self affidavit for BC? just being inquisitive.

Yep... Just saw it now! 2174 - 662 apps. But Im kinda worried. Is my NOC 1113 the deadest NOC ever or what? I remember someone posting that there was an applicant who received PER for NOC 1113 but its still saying 0 on the CIC cap update page... Curiouser and curiouser
