Does NDVO check for funds again as it is already verified by CIC... i had my funds upto 5lkhs FD in one bank and 7 lkhs FD in 2nd bank.. now 5 lkhs FD number has changed as it was one 1 yr FD and 7 lkhs FD i have taken it off..? should i put the 7 lkhs back in bank?? should i worry about this too?

it is fairly simple, suppose u require $xxx.
now as long as you can show $xxx anytime vo/cic asks, you are fine. does not matter which fd, which bank.
number can change, no issue.

Yes, if concurrent user is more than 49 users, from 50th user, the google spreadsheet turned into HTML.

So you have to wait for any of the 1 to 49 user to log out. This cause tremendous problem for admin to do update if there are 49 user already logged in.

So, if someone don't need to logged into spreadsheet after viewing relevant information, please log out for other users to view and specially for admin to edit spreadsheet.

I made a mistake in my Schedule A, Background declaration... I received my PER last week...My VO is London

I have now prepared a revised Schedule A and cover letter explaining the mistake. My question is should I wait till LVO contacts me as PER says dont send anything unless requested. If I need to send it now, which address should I send it to.

I am a Bsc but i have 10 yrs work experience in Finance field so i think NDVO might not understand how a bsc guy can work in finance. although i did provide my work exp letters.? i worked for dell computers and Ea sports for USA. this idea of misunderstanding scares me :-(

Buddy... as long as you have got the PER there is no issues. You dont need to think too much about your degree and work. You provided the evidence thats why CIC has accpted you and got the PER.

I dont see this is the reason for rejection. what max can happen is NDVO call you for interview. Thats all to clear doubt if they have any is you say so. Otherwise its all okay.... Take a chill pill ;D ;D

Thank you Canol. I read on the forum that applications with past visa rejections are subjected to greater scrutiny and hence was worried.

From your response I assume that

I can write my current designation as my current occupation
Pick up a sample title from the list of titles given in the hrd website under my NOC and state that as the intended occupation
No need to mention the duties on the application. I can write refer to reference letter

Please confirm. Sorry to be paranoid, but I am stressed

Your current occupation : write the occupation in the applied NOC
Your intended occupation: write the occupation in the applied NOC

No need to match title..

I suggest attach a supplementary sheet, where you list down the job duties and in main form you can write "refer supplement and/or reference letter"

They may or may not check. If they have doubt they will ask for latest statement.

I was in UK for 5 yrs and I have given all the addresses for these years. I used to travel to India for 1 mnth each yr to visit my parents. Do I need to mention the 1 month stay in the addresses I have lived in section?

On one of my visits, I got married.

My consultant has shown that I was staying in Mumbai for a mnth when I got married. While this is correct, this also raises a concern as I have not mentioned my stay in Mumbai for other times that I have visited here.

I hope I am making sense, and that some1 can confirm if this is ok.

This should be fine. However no harm in entering each visit also,,, right?

Nothing to lose in sending one...but send immediately before it is picked up for consideration. Currently I heard they are looking at June applications for completeness. So you can act now.
While sending to the same address that you sent earlier link it as ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS..with YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER (Principal), FIRST AND LAST NAME, Date of Birth, Country and Date and time of receipt that you got from your courier agent as reference.

I ll quote l details on top of courier package n inside a cover letter explaining the additional doc, is there any other info i can mention to facilitate the linkage of additional doc with my app already received by CIO.?

MI-2 was the FSW opening - Jul 10- Jun 11
MI-3 was the FSW opening - Jul 12- Jun 12
MI-8 was the FSW opening - May 13-Apr 14
MI-12 was the FSW opening - May 14-Apr 15

Each of the FSW is covered by a set of MI...

Any thoughts Seniors..!!

Refer FBI site, it says 4-6 weeks plus time to mail the app. This is a good estimate. If you have any one in US to whom this can be mailed and that Person sends u through courier, you will save lot of time, coz FBI uses USPS for mailing.
