Dear Seniors,

I just have the following questions:

- In case the application is not complete, will CIO send an email or just return the application with a cover letter?
- In case of completed application but NER (CC charged but not eligible), will they send an email or just return the application? is there any special cases in which they don't refund the payment in case of NER?

1. They will return it with a cover letter. You can also know the status of your file by sending them an e-mail

2. They will send e-mail. Note that NER's are not common. Most probably they do this when someone don't meet the minimum pass mark 67. In this case , they will also return it. There is no reason for them to retain it.

Payments are not returned once the completeness check has been done and the file has been found OK to be placed forward for processing (eligibility check).

Do you think the application can get rejected at NDVO stage also..?

It is very unlikely. If at all there is a major issue in the application verification or misrepresentation of info.

Hii All Guyss.... i am 7th may applicant and got my PR on 1st Aug... after that nothing from NDVO yet.... Is PER email sent after the application is sent to VO in my case NDVO? i see many people gettin emails from NDVO... any views here?

But isnt it compulsory to get it done from the same city as given in passport. In this case, Address in her passport is of jaipur. Will PCC from Gurgaon be acceptable to Visa officer and if yes, which govt office i should contact to obtain it?

Indian PCC is always to be obtained from current residential address. It is totally accepted by VO. No need to worry.

Contact passport office, Gurgaon or commissioner of police, Gurgaon area. Personally I prefer passport office (passport seva kendra). Here process is much more disciplined and faster.

I am a Bsc but i have 10 yrs work experience in Finance field so i think NDVO might not understand how a bsc guy can work in finance. although i did provide my work exp letters.? i worked for dell computers and Ea sports for USA. this idea of misunderstanding scares me :-(

Yes you have to report both and mention details . Add cover letter if you want to be more descriptive of case. If it's not reported it can be considered as a misrepresentation.

education and experience need not be related. CIC follows that. no need to worry.

3012 is cold. Even if your application reaches them on 30th April 2015, you will be through.

NDVO does not check again unless they have a doubt on the genuineness of the POF. But then again, it's their prerogative.
If you have the required funds to show them, it is not an issue. FD nos may change that's not important.
