Actually my concern is neither my appointment letter nor referral letter states its "part time" or "full time".

If no working hours are mentioned is it by default taken as full time ??

That's not true. Some pages in the website still show this time. But, it takes 4-6 weeks generally.

After PER, all the communication must be directed towards VO. So, it is LVO for your case.

Sorry to bother you again... but should I wait for LVO to contact me before I send them the updated form because PER says dont send anything unless requested. Where can i find the address of LVO?

I just have the following questions:

- In case the application is not complete, will CIO send an email or just return the application with a cover letter?
- In case of completed application but NER (CC charged but not eligible), will they send an email or just return the application? is there any special cases in which they don't refund the payment in case of NER?

I have trouble validating fast enough my study degree by WES, due to my university...birocracy...but I hope to submit my application around mid October.

Do you think i will make it before the cap is reached for NOC 2173 or NOC 2171?
My job duties belong to both NOCs but I am wondering which one will not be cap full until then.

2. This is OK. you will probably get your PCC from gurgaon on the same day you apply.

But isnt it compulsory to get it done from the same city as given in passport. In this case, Address in her passport is of jaipur. Will PCC from Gurgaon be acceptable to Visa officer and if yes, which govt office i should contact to obtain it?

You need to provide a PCC for any country where you lived/visited for more than 6 months in the past 10 years (or after reaching the age of 18). If you were in India for only 1 month then no need for PCC. But, if you lived there before coming to the US and after the age of 18, then you should submit one for India as well.

Lalit, PCC is 1 across the country and CIC will accept it irrespective of which city it is taken from.

The simplest way is to google and call up PSK Gurgaon and ask if they would issue you PCC, being from Jaipur origin.
