How are you going to "arrange the money" later on? If the money will be yours, liquid and unencumbered, no problem.

Thanks future_canadian. I can show my PF statement (its more than 5 years now, I can liquidate anytime), few FDs that I will be opening in next 3 months out of my salary. Insurence certificates indicating liquidate value. Sell jewellary. I will make sure for whatever I do I will get sufficient proof to prove its my money. Also a property that is registerd in my name, I will get a sale deed and registration value certificate. I think this would suffice. Let me know your views.

For adaptability it is CLB 4 or IELTS band 4.0 (L-4.5, R-3.5, W-4, S-4)

For PA IT IS clb7 or IELTS band 6 ( 6 in each test).

Please advise me the procedure for obtaining PCC from Saudi Arabia and also let me know if it is required.

I need to take PCC from - USA, UAE & Kenya.

Would like to ask group members following:

1) At what stage they will ask for PCC with minimum validity ??Later at VO stage most likely with MR
2) Process time to get USA PCC & its validity?? Not sure. Seniors can help
3) Process time to get UAE PCC & its validity?? 2 days processing time and valid for 3 months
4) Process time to get Kenya PCC & its validity?? 2 to 3 weeks processing time. No validity written on Kenyan PCC. I think it can be used for one year
5) Any suggested agency in gujarat which can help us to get those. Seniors can advice

I am new in this forum.
I have few questions regarding my file. My file received on 8th july 2014 (NOC 4011).
My passport will be expired on 20th September-2014.I have already renewed my passport. Do you think, I should send the updated passport to CIC by courier and e-mail the documents with old UCI number or wait CC charge or till PER.
Secondly, My wife has no name in birth column written only baby, so we did self(my spouse) affidavit by attaching passport copy indicating the father name and mother name as per BC. We also send the court order which clearly shows that municipality cannot add the name of child after some years.
Lastly, can Visitor visa rejection for CANADA create problem to PR file?
Please suggest me the solution for these two reasons.
Can I Send the renew passport and BC with 10th certificate and parents affidavit or wait till PER.

Also send me affidavit format for BC from parents’ side to explain the reason.

App rec. Date 20th may
dd encashed date 2nd sept. ( as per PER)
Per date 9th sept.
visa office london

but my uci no. Is not showing any result on ecas yet.!!
