1 . Should i staple the the forms which contains more than one page?
2 . Should i take one side paper print of the form or both side ?

1) No, don't use staple anywhere. If you want, you can use paper clips.
2) use single sided prints.

Congrats. Does NDVO sends AOR before sending Medicals? Also do they send it through regular post or by speed post. It would be great if NDVO applicants can shed some light.

Most likely, you will receive an email request from NDVO. As per the instructions in the forms, if we write an email address, all communication will be held through that email address only.
