Need advice regarding NOC match & job description:

I'd like to apply under NOC 1114: 'Other financial officers' as 'account manager'

But the problem is: unlike other job titles in NOC 1114, they have not provided any job description for 'account manager'.
I mean, on the page for NOC 1114, there is job descriptions for few other titles, bt not for the title 'account manager'.

I want to know the job description for title 'account manager' (which should be acceptable to CIC).
workingincanada.gc.ca doesnt have any description abt it.

Can any one advice me on what to do ? How can I be sure that I'm applying under the correct NOC ?

Hi Bro,
I'm also applying under noc 1114 but my title at my place of work is account officer but the job duties matches that of fiancial planner which is one of the occupations under noc 1114.so try and go thru the link for noc1114 again,look for which of the job titles matches your experience best and then in your schedule 12a)write yur primary occupation as account manager and write the same thing for 12b)and then list of ur job duties under 12b).

In the Generic form under occupation/education details,write account manager as primary occupation and then write the title of one of the occupations under noc1114,I mean the one that matches your job duties best(for example,financial planner) as what u intend to do in canada.I hope this helps.

You won't get any update until 1-2 months from the date they receive your application. First update is CIC charging your credit card or DD. And after that you'll receive PER or NER (positive eligibility or negative eligibility assessment) and then AOR (Maybe by 3rd or 4th month). So stop worrying about that now and apply immediately if you haven't done so. Also get your other docs ready such as PCC if you haven't sent those already!! Gud luck!!

Guys, please help me clarify this.

I am submitting ITR's (Income Tax Reports) as proofs of my work experience. Should I blacken out my TIN (Tax Identification Number)? I am asking this because on page 4 of the document checklist, it says to blacken out SIN (Social Insurance Number) to protect this information when submitting tax documents. Does this apply to only those who are in Canada or to everyone?

1.I have no experience with such docs,
2. Same as no1.
3. It is not required, however, I did submit mine and husband's as well , it is solely up to u
4. Since volunteering does not count toward your years of experience, you can place it together with or CV
5. You can submit as many docs as you wish. However, CIC encourages applicants to submit only required docs, since they have so many papers to go through anyway, so i'm not sure they're going to even look at the additional docs. Again, the most important are documents specified in the checklist-the rest is up to u. Good luck!
