I am not sure of CIC per say, but my guess is VOs at the later stage might be anyway checking Linked-In profile of both the applicant and the referee for most of the cases, so it was good you made use of that right upfront. If one doesn't have a Linked-In profile they sure won't penalize though....but might check to ascertain genuineness of the case

The worrying will be there until the day comes - but I guess I have to ignore it to keep going with life.
Have also other important/pressing things to do like preparations for my daughter's upcoming 7th birthday party and office work
and kids school...
I hope CIC will consider my presented supporting documents as they have considered other documents like 3rd-party affidavit
which I don't think I have read anywhere in their guidelines as accepted except for self-employed individuals...
