Dear Asif, Oscar7, Century, all Seniors, Everyone,

I am 15th May and currently tensely waiting for PER.
Most of my batch mates have gotten theirs while 16th May people
have also started getting PER. Perhaps my application is still
being scrutinized by CIC officer... I dont know...

I would like to ask for your opinion/advise on some doubt I have
regarding my submitted documents for work experience. I am sorry
if this could be a long post.

I have 15 Continuous yrs of work experience as analyst/programmer.
Was able to submit letter of reference as per CIC format for the
previous 2 employers of 3yrs and 5yrs respectively. I am pretty
confident on these letters as all the CIC required details are
in the letter.

As for the current employer(3rd emplyer) whom I am with for 8+ years now,
I was only able to provide a general employment certificate from HR
stating job title and start date of employment, as HR is giving
the reason that the company does not provide detailed employment
reference as per information security policies.

So I also submitted an explanation letter telling the above story
for my current employer with date and my signature.

I also submitted below supporting documents for my current job experience;

1) Copy of my Job Description as confirmed and signed by the Head of Department.
This JD is largely an internal document used in company showing;
a) my reporting line
b) basic job duties albeit it does not include
extra roles given by manager
c) contacts (people I work with in my role ie. PMs, IT Operators, etc.)
d) the pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience
required to perform the job title

As, Head of Department is the signee and I do not have his name card,
I printed his linked profile instead and attached it.

2) Copy of employment contract and the formal letter of appointment to
the job designation after 3 months of probationary period.

3) Copy of electronic pay slips with company stamp from last 2 months

4) Copy of Performance Bonus and Salary Increments in 2013 and 2014.

5) Printout of my Work Visa Details showing my occupation
as ''Programmer(Computer)''.

I am quite confident with all other selection factors of my application,
except for the above one.

My question now is, based on above information,
what are my chances of getting a PER?

Will CIC consider my experience outside the 10 year mark?

Does CIC really only considers the last ten years of experience
even if outside 10 years experience is also relevant to the
NOC occupation?

My payment form was a June release 06-2014 where as I applied on 29th August after new form was released as I dint knew and my consultant went with old form will it be any issue please help me group members..

99.99% but on the condition is that you are successfully done with

Same is my case. 21st August I signed my apps. The change was for dependent children. I feel till u have dependants it won't be a problem.
I also feel there will be a grace period given.

When was the new form released I have signed my application on August 18th and I dont have dependencies...please help group members as nights are going sleepless

Relax man. There is nothing much we can do now. Just wait and watch what happens, everyone who applied is eager to migrate but not all make it, it's ain't in our control. There are other ways and different countries to migrate.

I feel it should not be a problem.

I have got MEDICAL REQUEST mail from email id--DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca on 4 September.

In addition to that, My ECAS is also updated as below.

Line1:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014.

Line 2:
We started processing your application on September 2, 2014.
