But, is there no scope of squeezing in. Like zero scope, or can I get more clarity around mid October, because by then I would have paid my Consultant fees, and as I have already booked my IELTS date (Paid Fees), sent my documents to WES (Paid Fees), should I save my Consultancy fees and sit back for Express Entry or play the last gamble.
Also, what happens to Applications which are counted towards NOC and are returned/rejected. They are not subtracted from Applications counted towards NOC.

You fees for IELTS and WES are not lost as you can use these for the Express Entry. However, I strongly encourage you not to hire a Consultant, because as others pointed out, the cap would probably be filled in by then. Once you finish the IELTS in mid-October, please check back in the Forum for the status. If there is chance, I think apply on your own. In the worst case i.e. the cap is filled, you would get your application money back (not sure about your application), so from point of view of money you will not loose anything. I personally think Consultant are not helpful if you are capable of following instructions. You can spend on them if you have a good chance of making the cap, but if not, then avoid it.

If we mention xxx amt in assets, yyy amount in liablilites and zzz amt in settlement funds, do we have to provide evidence for all of them at the time of applying?
Or is it enough if we show the evidence for only the settlement funds...
plz help

If not, then there are a number of people from 14th May, who have got PER i.e. their files have certainly been received and they have been charged the application fee. I remember reading somewhere in forum about people receiving PER even after CIC closure and during weekends..

If my wife is currently pursuing a degree, I hope that I can give that as a reason for not accompanying??
Besides, if she is not accompanying I hope there may not be any issues in getting her visa stamped along with the other procedures?
Also, Once the visa is stamped, what is the maximum time within which we should land there?

You are right, i also recall such posts where people claimed to have received PER on Saturday, my hunch is that its an automated email once CIC approves candidates for PER, all those who are lined up to get PER receive it.

In my original application, I stated there that my kids wouldn't accompany me for then meantime. Once, I received PER and my files are transferred in the local VO. Can I update my application and include my kids. The consultant said it is possible as long as I will pay for their processing(150cad$) and attached the updated dependent form.

To my bad many things going wrong one of them is below regarding the POF.

I have a letter from bank and I have also submitted bank statement but all the amount was transferred from my mother and sister's joint account in one day( My sister is already a pr holder of canada)

So please help me will it cause any issue.
