What is your opinion on submitting the application now. I did not get my WES early due to address issue. I got today. Please let me know what do you all suggest. Also I would for a sample reference letter for "Purchasing Manager" position. I have nearly 10 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Purchasing domain.

I just received my passport back from Ottawa. Thank you each and every one from this blog for making this happen and god bless you all !!

A quick note to everybody based on my experience, the guys at CIC are really professional and considerate. I never expected to get this done within 4 months. For guys who are receiving Passport request from USA, CIC gives the option to send a prepaid shipping label of Xpresspost, however the postal service do not accept a Credit card of US billing address for paying the courier charges. I had called Xpresspost and they asked for a Credit card with Canadian billing address. I had to send my Courier without prepaid envelope and was a little worried, but I guess its not that bad, received my passport back in 10 days of receipt of CIO-Ottawa, which they had sent me back by regular mail.

I guess I'm another bad example of one who used his CC instead of DD
My CC bank Citibank is planning to change my current CC to more secure one. my current card is only active for another 60 days.....

I have no words for them.... Now I really want the dates to move quickly

We should never do another international transaction before CIC charge, if you do not have a pin card in India.
As doing international transaction will automatically make CC companies issue a pin card as per RBI rule.
I posted the above advice in one of my previous posts.

one trick which might work for you

Do not use your new CC. This should make your old card work for a longer time.

I got a similar replacement card, I did not use the new card. My old card is still active even after 75 days.

My card was not citibank though...

1. since i have 4 years of experience in IT , should i include all salary slips .

2. How should i mentioned my roles and responsibilities , like yearly or different projects i have worked and mention roles and responisiblities in diff. projects

3.My documents , for ECA report , was received last week , its showing Document received -review in progress [WES] , how much day it will take , i have selected Express delivery option .

4. How much fund , in rupees , would be good ?

App recvd: May 7th.
CC charged: June 20th
PER: Aug 5th
ECAS second line updated: Aug 27th
MR request: Sept 1st.

Did NDVO verify your employment credentials wid ur employer?

Did thy cross checkd the availblity of funds in your a/c?

Kindly share tht info with forum member ...so tht many of us could manage these things accordingly...

I talked with the customer care and they say that my card would expire after the dispatch of the new card.
I hope they would delay it for another month.
