This is to inform that I had applied for NOC 2174. Application reached on 16th may 2014 and CC got charged on 26th Aug 2014.

I believe u will be under cap for this noc by September....but try to apply sooner. good luck.

frankly speaking, till today I didn't even notice 0213.
I have almost 11 yrs of work ex and I can claim in any of the 2174, 2173 and 2171. (and now even 0213 after reading the description of that NOC).
I took a decision to apply to canada just a couple of months back and then I stumbled upon this forum where every Indian IT guy is talking about only 2171, 2173 or 2174. So I concluded it is a safe bet to apply for 2171.

But, just today when I was seeing financial managers and marketing managers profiles, it struck how come there is no IT manager NOC. And then I read about 0213. But as you said, there must be some reason that NOBODY applied in it till now.

At least before bringing the idea to the table think through it mate - that NOC is not open unless you are applying under arranged employment may be. :-X

NOC checking is the FIRST thing to check @ not 'many' - I don't think there is ANY

what happens if the supplication reaches after the cap is hit? is it returned or it is considered at next reset (Jan I guess)

I just wanted to ask if wes accepts debit cards as I do not have a cc and also I have got my documents attested by my uni in a sealed envelope what do I need to do after I pay my wes fees.

Anyway..now i think about it, it was silly on my part not to cross check it. Sorry again.

as one of the respected member pointed out about 0213,,,,i also just checked and confirmed that this time 0213 is not being offered.......brother where and which site u r checking? the website it here

2 ) At the moments i have having second thoughts about Toronto....how could i select city where i want to settle down.Meanings,where to look for Pros and Cons of cities that might be my second home.

3 ) As i have heard,once landed Immigration officer would ask me to mention an address where PR cards should be sent to.For me,i don't have relatives in Canada,and would like to return back to my home country after my landings formalities are completed...How could i PR cards be received ??

Guys I need your help once again..

I work with employer A on 2009 to 2011 about 1yr and 10 months I was forced to come back to my hometown due to safety reasons

Again got worked with Employer B for 2011 to 2012 FOr about 6 months

again I was re hired by employer A from 2012 to 2014 till I resigned now..

My question is should I write my experience in the forms that I have a work experience on more than 4 years with employer A? Or should I write in form in a separate manner?

My employer gave me a detailed job description with all the dates included in one paper...

Interesting situation. For two completely separate periods of employment even with the same employer, especially with other employment in between, I think for the sake of clarity you should list them separately on your form. And explain the situation to CIC.

But it will add up to 4+ years assuming you had at least 2 years 2 months during your second period of employment with that company.

You need PCC only from places where you have lived more than 6 months in last 10 years...

NOT TRUE. You need PCCs from places where you have lived 6 months or more ANY TIME IN YOUR LIFE SINCE TURNING 18 YEARS OLD. Important distinction.

Guys I need an urgent help. I am a 13th June applicant (NOC: 2171). In May I had got my ECA done from WES and sent 1 copy (original) to CIC. Though I am an MBA + BTech, my ECA stated equivalency to Canadian 4 years bachelors. Since 21 points (related to this ECA) was sufficient for me to apply, I applied with this ECA report. I was a little surprised not to find any mention of my MBA degree in ECA but I was aware that it was a non-recognized university for WES (and maybe they do not mention non-recognized unvis on ECA report). However, I did raise a question through WES portal regarding this.

Today, I received a revised copy of my ECA which has two education details mentioned (BTech and MBA) !!! MBA degree is mentioned as "One-Year post secondary study at a non-recognized institution". This ECA report clearly mentions "Revised Evaluation Report (Original completed on May 22, 2014)". Since I won't be getting any additional points (and I really don't need it), should I still send this revised evaluation report to CIC along with a cover letter? If yes, what are the details I should mention on the cover letter (and on the envelope)?

I can see this revised report online on WES portal. Wouldn't this be visible to CIC folks?

No need, and don't worry about your points, because you're still getting 21 for your bachelors.

I wanted to get some advice with regards to the settlement funds ... the thing is that i have more then sufficient funds but i have them in cash ... i don't mind depositing it into my bank account but will this make it difficult as they will see an influx of money just couple of days before application was submitted ? please advice

Not a problem. If they ask you can just tell the truth, that you were holding them in cash.
