Thanks a lot for all the Help provided.
To update My ECAS status is updated "We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2014."

Ganapati Bappa Morya.During the auspicious Ganesh season my ECAS has been updated.

By the grace of Lord Ganapti my ECAS has been updated.

This is my third instance for Canada visa application and have been successful on the third attempt
1) First one was work permit .It was rejected
2) applied last year under FSW 2013 -File returned back due to Cap
3) FSW 2014 -has been successful.

And to make matter worse, Tomorrow 1st of September is Labor Day in Canada, by the way i am a 16th May applicant awaiting CC charge, hope we both get the good news in the following week.

I wanted to get some advice with regards to the settlement funds ... the thing is that i have more then sufficient funds but i have them in cash ... i don't mind depositing it into my bank account but will this make it difficult as they will see an influx of money just couple of days before application was submitted ? please advice

Faraz brother,

Deposit the balance on the bank...In that case -just submit the Bank certificate only (as GSW suggested already) preferably with CAD conversion equivalency ...Ignore the bank statement.....

This is acceptable...

Deposit the money as FDR/Fixed deposit and get Bank certificate only stated the current amount status of you deposit.
I have done that.

Brother,

U may change the VO but in that case u have to show strong ground for changing VO.....

Contact with ur selected Local VO (after file transfer) with the proof required(residency status/ work permit letters/VISA/entry/exit seal on PP) for changing VO...

Attach the Scaned copy of the proofs and state the reason...ask them if u require any further action to do...

It depends on them whether they will accept it or not....

Iam 8th may applicant, received PER mail on 14-08-2014. I have noticed from the spreadsheet that lot of applicants file has been transfered and VO has started the process, but I didnt receive any mail from VO and Iam not able to view my App status. please ashif_eee advice me.

Brother,

AOR is the ack email from local VO's which is depends from VO to VO...some of the vo does some does not.....

This year NDVO seems not giving AOR to his applicants....

So even u have not given AOR , ur file will be transferred automatically....will start processing as per the serial....

So no need to worry....Some of the applicants from NDVO has informed about file transferring from CIC (not from NDVO) becoz of the query they did to CIC before rcving PER email...

Employment requirement is not applicable for FSW application....Its the job duties which needs atleast 70-80% matching with the mentioned duties...
