It will involve sending an updated Generic Form and will probably push your application back in the queue. Is it really worth it ?

I am appying for FSW programme for CANADA.
I ahve gather all the docs.
I had doubts regarding the proof of relationship,in proof of relation i have provided following docs of MYUNCLE(daddy's Brother)

1)Birth certi of my Uncle
2)Citizen card of my Uncle
3)Notice of ASSESSMENT OF canada(as he doesn't have any utility on his name)
4)Canada Passport5)
5)India Passport
6)Letter from Bank that he holds the account in the Banks
7)Marraiage certificate of My uncle


Does the docs are sufficient as the proof of relationship.I have also heard that it is necessary to provide the Bank Statement for Three months which he is not willing to provide as he don't want to disclose the financial condition.

It would be great help if any one can give a clear picture on the same

Brother,

U may change the VO but in that case u have to show strong ground for changing VO.....

Contact with ur selected Local VO (after file transfer) with the proof required(residency status/ work permit letters/VISA/entry/exit seal on PP) for changing VO...

Attach the Scaned copy of the proofs and state the reason...ask them if u require any further action to do...

It depends on them whether they will accept it or not....

Utility and bank statement would make ur docs more stronger....But this is not mandatory.....

Doc checklist tell:

"Which may include"

So above mentioned docs should be enough.....

U may proceed brother....

Since you are already above passing marks it won't matter as 67 is only required...

Moreover, CIC never guarantees any additional document sent by applicant will be attached to original application....

but still you can give it a shot by mentioning your DOB, passport number on cover letter explaining the situation..and also sending an email with same..

I wanted to get some advice with regards to the settlement funds ... the thing is that i have more then sufficient funds but i have them in cash ... i don't mind depositing it into my bank account but will this make it difficult as they will see an influx of money just couple of days before application was submitted ? please advice

I have started disliking Saturdays and Sundays. Now that there is a long weekend anxiety is killing :-X :-X.

And to make matter worse, Tomorrow 1st of September is Labor Day in Canada, by the way i am a 16th May applicant awaiting CC charge, hope we both get the good news in the following week.
