Hi guys, i have some questions:

1- How much time does it need to change the status on ECAS ? (1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 8, 2014.)
2- How to know if the file is transferred/reached London visa office ?
3- Do i receive any notification when the next step starts ?
4- I am Lebanese living in Saudi Arabia, i have provided Police Clearance Certificate from Saudi Arabia only, do i have to provide it from Lebanon too ?
5- Does my wife also need to provide the PCC ?

They will ask for PCC when you get the MR request, so get ready to apply for Saudi PCC

in one of my experience letters, I mentioned that I worked for 40 hrs and salary is so n so... hope that is not a problem? Please clarify..
do they call HR and verify content of the letter or just whether I worked from this date to date ?

well, they have all rights to cross verify all the details you furnish on documents with companies. However with the number of applicants across the globe and with different timezones it is a very tough task.

It could be the case that your local VO can do the verification (all depends on them). Also if the company name is not very well known to them then they may crosscheck the details.

But why it is different for Sachin. After AOR, 2nd line of ECAS updated. For him, even before PER, 3 lines have been updated.
